Would Hillary´s election as President – with the omni-present intervention of Bill, violate the Constitutional limit on 2 terms in office?
During hubbies 2 terms, Hillary assumed, and presumed, a role in policy determining authority akin to a co-presidency – now it appears that Bill is Hell-Bent on paying her back by caving out "his turf" in "her [presumed] administration" (giving an assumption, that she, with his negative "baggage" – and her own socialist past - can pull it off).
Seems to me this history amounts to a 3rd term for both of them?
Republican mouths should salivate at the prospect of an appeal to the Supreme Court over this sticky legal issue?
