There are homes with views -- and then there are homes with real views. Grandview Hills is a community that offers homes that fall into the latter category. Grandview Hills is a secluded and quiet community located at the corner of 2222 and 620. Located in the canyons and hills on Austin, Texas, this community and Northwest Austin offers homes with the most incredible views of Texas Hill country and the nearby lakes. The Grandview Hills real estate market is made up largely of single-family homes. Many are priced in the mid-$200,000 range, although homes of up to $1 million are available.
