Has Bill Clinton found a way around the 22nd Amendment?

After years of telling those that would listen he believes the 22nd amendment should be changed Bill Clinton is again seeking the Presidency of the United States. We are all aware of term limits for president and how it works. But have the Clinton´s been attempting an illegal maneuver to put Bill back in power? Many will say that Sen. Hillary Clinton can handle things on her own merits. Yet they both have claimed that they deal with issues as a team. The famous line of "two for one" was repeated often during their first two terms in the White House.
America watches and the other candidates both Republican and Democrat both ignore that due to marriage laws the essence of the 22nd amendment is being broken. If Hillary becomes the 44th President of the United States the 42nd President will in fact hold the same political powers and have access to all privileges afforded the presidency. The income will be shared as will access to the White House and all that comes with it. The only difference is that the seating arrangements will be different.
Policy decisions will be decided as they were under Bill´s two terms as president. He will have a high degree of influence and literally be in control of our government again. This is in direct conflict of the intent of the 22nd Amendment of the United States Constitution. This plan of Bill and Hillary´s that was widely known by those close to the Clintons was long in the making. They had intended to have Bill do 8 years and Hillary follow with 8 more total of 4 terms as they figure it negates the 22nd Amendment.
We are all aware of the highly dysfunctional marriage that is in reality not one of love but power. A scheme to become the most powerful tandem in American history is in full progress despite being highly illegal if not very lacking in morals. They use the marriage card to generate success yet it may be this very marriage that puts a fast hold on these two overly ambitious people.
They file joint tax returns as they share income so for all obvious reasons it may seem absurd but Hillary has already been paid as a president for eight years. How can you be paid again for the same without violating the 22nd Amendment? Hillary has openly served beside her husband making presidential decisions and policy while they served the two terms allowed. She brags about her experience on this issue while campaigning. Don´t forget that being married and filing jointly you are admitting that you are one not only in the eyes of the Lord but legally as well.
Do we really not understand that the Clinton´s are again knowingly ignoring the law and using loopholes to achieve their plot to retake control of our government? The entire idea behind the 22nd Amendment was to stop someone from establishing a choke hold on our government and eliminating a dictatorial type of system. Many must understand that the President of the United States is the most powerful position on earth. Some of these powers are significant.
Does America need more of the Clinton lack of ethics? The 911 terror plot was under way during the first run and we had begun to loose our leadership role throughout the world under the first two terms. Many agree that Bush put the final nail in the coffin but that notwithstanding we saw higher taxes for all under Bill. We saw a great deal of under handed tactics and pardons of friends. The level of corruption was building and only the forced term limit shut it down. Bill the idea man and Hillary the closer.
