With time many types of changes occur. Earlier we thought that minority generally is centered on religion, race, community, species, and skin colours. However with the passage of time it seems that a new category of minority has started prevailing in the world. By increasing number of overweight people it has been seen that those who are fit and healthy have constituted a new minority. Is not it seems surprisingly? Yes it is as this is the present case of new form of minority standards. Wrong eating habits and inadequate exercising has made this huge difference all over the world today. But there are still many people who are conscious about various personal health issues and thus maintain a regular fitness program. Obesity these days has become a major epidemic which is global. The healthy state of majority of people has been deteriorated to that much extent that it has become a matter of huge crisis. In developed nations the problem is much more prominent than developing nations. According to experts and different surveys it has been found that in US alone there are approximately 70% people who are currently obese or overweight.

These days it is like a norm of people to stay out of fitness and health. They are usually not aware of the adverse consequences of obesity that are hazardous in greater extent. Heart attacks, diabetes, cancer and numerous other degenerative diseases are prevailing due to obesity. Therefore if you look slim and in shape then you should consider yourself as a minority. It has become an important requisite for people to reconsider and rethink about their personal standards of health and fitness. Something needs to be done in this regard because if it is not treated well on time then various kinds of adversities will pop up in the world and it will no longer remain a healthy place. It is after all our own responsibility to take care of our heath and maintain a lifestyle that renders in perfect fitness.


A healthy diet plan with regular exercises is necessary to sustain the healthy environment. Junk food, spicy food and other type of fried food items have to be avoided to lose weight effectively. By exercising daily you can reduce your extra calories and it thus helps in improving the physical and mental state of the body. Therefore one should get himself away from processed chemical items and junk food that cause cellular disasters in the body.
