Defining Ethnics in Self Efficacy Development
We all have some general ethnical or cultural behaviors. We all share beliefs. Some of these beliefs are that all people should be honest and not mislead one another. This is true, while other people will argue. The majority of people in the world are aware that honesty is not always the best policy. This is what they believe despite truths established by the Law of God says otherwise.
Because of this belief, we have so many problems in the world. Of course, there is a time to keep quiet. When you know when this time is, it is not necessary a lie, rather it is a good call of judgment.
Another shared belief is that our words or actions should never cause harm to another human being. We all know that the truth hurts, so whether you want to believe this shared belief or not is up to you, but rightfully it is not always true.
People also share a common belief, such as “treat others as you would like to be treated.” The problem is most people do not abide by their own beliefs.
Not many people have in history ever lived up to their common beliefs, yet they will all stick to these beliefs.
We must check our ethnicity to make sure we know what we are talking about. When we develop ethnic communication skills, it will tell others we have respect. We can then show others that we respect their’s as well as our own freedom to make choices.
We all have human rights. The problem is these human rights are violated every single day. For instance, the average person expects us to answer a question in fifteen minutes, but the truth is we can take as long as we need to answer any question asked of us. The people expecting a fifteen minute reply is violating our human rights.
To work toward self-efficacy, we must check our ethnics and also take back our human rights. The next time someone asks you a question and expects an immediate answer, be sure to let this person know that you have the human right to take the time you need to reply to his or her question.
By doing so you will build an honest environment for you, This is because when you take time to think about something, you often have more time to discover and figure out what the person is asking of you. The push to answer tactics people have established only causes lies to develop.
You also have the human right to ask for respect. If someone is pushing you to do something you do not want to do, you can stop the person in their tracts by letting them know the person is violating your human rights to ask for respect.
If you are struggling with self-efficacy development, you are encouraged to learn your human rights. By doing so you will have a stronger platform to stand on and can manage people or influences more effectively,
The point is you want to build self-reliance so that you can establish a sufficient body of principles that are not set based on influential requests.
