Watching Anime Online

Andrew Braithwaite
I have heard a lot about Anime just lately. It seem to be a growing trend. People are going mad about it! If you aren't too sure what Anime is, its an abbreviation of the English word "animation", originating in Japan. Although the term is used in Japan to refer to animation in general.

While some Anime is hand drawn, computer assisted animation techniques have become quite common in recent years. Like any entertainment medium, the story lines represent most major genres of fiction. Anime is broadcast on television, distributed on media such as DVD and VHS, and included in video games.

I was hooked myself when I came across AnimeCrunch.com. This site kind of introduced it to me, there was so much to choose from. I can literally loose hours on that site. A great feature I found on it too, is a live chat all about Anime, with up to 400 people online at any given time.

The good thing about AnimeCrunch is that you never get bored as new episodes are updated daily, bringing you back time after time.
