These pills are also avoided by people as they can cause many side effects which can worsen the problem of obesity to a much greater extent. It is often that many people have started linking weight loss process with intake of less food and sometimes food deprivation that is absolutely wrong as it brings adversities and instead of improving health, decline its quality.
