True Liberty Is a Spiritual Concept

Bill Haymin

Jesus Christ said: "You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free." (John, 8:34)

True liberty is a spiritual concept.

True liberty can’t be won by fighting a physical war.

Today there is much talk about Freedom and Liberty, but do we really understand what it is?

The September 11th bombing of the World Trade Center, the War on Terrorism and Radical Militant Muslims looking to annihilate America were ill-conceived reasons for beginning a war in Iraq to bring about real freedom in that country. (President Bush is a Globalist), that’s not an accusation; it’s the truth.

Bringing about real freedom and liberty to people is not necessarily begun and won with all the armaments of a physical war.

If people were first internally prepared for the fruits or benefits that true freedom would bring then fighting and winning a physical war might be very beneficial.

The pathway to liberty is from the internal to the external and must first begin in the hearts of people and then it will naturally express itself externally in all aspects of society . . . Spiritual freedom or liberty ultimately produces Political freedom. External political slavery reflects internal spiritual bondage... Reforms within a nation do not begin with external or violent means (quite a contrast to Marxist/Communist “reforms” we see today), but they begin within.”(From the best- selling blockbuster book of our time: “America’s Providential History” by Mark A. Beliles & Stephen K. Mcdowell, of the Providence Foundation, www.providencefoundation.com )

As we work to bring reformation to the nations, we must remember that change begins internally. Nations seeking to shift from communistic economic systems to a free market ( or from state control to more self-government ) must recognize that they will never accomplish their goals unless the people have the proper foundation in character and thought. It is not enough to set up external structures, even if they have worked in other nations and have been part of the best and most free governments in history. We must remember that good structures are not enough because the best government in ill hands can do nothing great or good.” There are principles that must be a part of the lives of the people of any nation desiring freedom and prosperity, for after all, it is men who cause governments to run. Governments depend upon men more than men depend upon governments. If men are good, the government cannot be bad.

These principles form the basis of a “Christian” nation. When we talk of building Christian nations we mean building nations whose foundational principles are Biblical. If they are, then the principles will be manifested in the nation’s law base and in their societal institutions....

The people of a free nation will not only be self-governed but will also voluntarily work in union with each other for the common good of the entire nation.

Most of history reveals that civil unions were the result of centralization via political force and military might rather than voluntary consent. Christianity provided the basis of a “community united, not by external bonds, but by the vital force of distinctive ideas and principles....The Bible is full of covenants between man and man and between God and man. The covenant that God makes with men through the atoning work of Jesus Christ is the beginning of internal heart change necessary for the foundation of freedom in an individual and in a nation.” ( From another MUST READ, MUST STUDY, book that our governmental, Spiritual, leaders desperately need to read, from the Providence Foundation titled: “Liberating the Nations” by Steven Mcdowell & Mark Beliles.)

Perhaps this can explain why Christianity and Christians have from the beginning of Jesus Christ’s ministry on earth been persecuted, murdered, marginalized and attacked continuously down through the Ages to our present time. Jesus said: "If they have persecuted me they will persecute you also" (John,15:20). The Christian faith and accompanying principles of true freedom, are civilizations only hope, this is why tyrants, despots and haters of freedom are killing Christians all around the world, trying to stamp out and remove any and all vestiges and references to Christianity and the people of faith. The National Media never says the word "christian" when referring to people that have been massacred by ethnic cleansing, take notice the next time your reading or listening to the news. The truth be known they are one of the enemies of the cross of Christ. Real Christians are a threat to their power and control of the masses, because Christians will teach people the principles of real or true freedom. Why do you think they attack, denigrate and malign Christians in the movies and TV, "me thinks he doth protest too much"? How many times have you seen a movie or a news item that presents Christianity in a positive light, and praises or congratulates Christians for the great humaniterian work that many Christian organizations have been or are doing? The answer is next to none! Pat Robertson, The Christian Broadcasting Network and the many 700 club members, are doing one of the greatest humanitarian outreaches of this century, but nary a word from the National Media! We as Americans had better wake up, and wake up soon, and get informed, before it’s too late. The so called liberal “main stream media,” ( the national and local news, motion pictures, the national news magazines, etc.) the u.n., the a.c.l.u.., the n.e.a. teachers union, the people for the american way, many of our own government leaders, ect, etc, have been responsible for much of the slander that the American Christian church has been experiencing. I wonder what could eventually be next??

Long before the American Revolution first began, the early Americans (the Puritans and the Pilgrims) had been nurtured and prepared to enjoy the results of being free internally in the lap of the Reformation that began in the early 1500s.

The Reformation awakened the conscience of man... The Reformation of the sixteenth century restored to the human race what the Middle Ages had stolen from them; it delivered them from the traditions, laws, and despotism of established religion; it put an end to the minority and tutelage in which the church claimed to keep mankind forever; and by calling upon man to establish his faith not on the words of a man, but on the infallible Word of God, and by announcing to every one free access to the Father through the new and saving way – Christ Jesus, it proclaimed and brought about the hour of Christian manhood.” (Quoted in “America’s Providential History” from the original writings of D’Aubigue.)

When America’s Patriots fought and won their independence from England’s tyranny, they had for the most part been Spiritually, Morally and Intellectually prepared by the learned Clergy.

How in heaven’s name can we expect the people of Iraq to understand how to Have, Keep and Sustain a free government and society of physically and internally liberated people if their religion inhibits and prohibits that from happening? They have not had the Moral, Spiritual and Intellectual foundation which Education would insure for their future success. (Our State Department conveniently just doesn’t understand this) Until our government leaders come to terms with this unmistakable fact (it’s in serious doubt), we will just be spinning our wheels. The Iraqi’s will NEVER EVER BE FREE until they themselves realize that their own Worldview and their religion denies them the opportunity to partake of that tree from which much, too much, blood has been shed. Their country will continue to have internal political strife, and the rest of the world and its citizens will be in continual peril. Our President will continue to be slandered and accused of other ulterior motives.

The War on Terrorism is really a joke with the president still insisting on the “temporary worker program” that is tantamount to amnesty for millions of illegal aliens which will still allow potential terrorists to enter our country legally. The half-hearted measures to close the borders is a ruse. Our own President already has treaties with Mexico and Canada that brings the borders down. ( A MUST READ, cover story: (FTAA), Free Trade Area of the Americas : Hidden Immigration Agenda, The architects of the Free Trade Area of the Americas are concealing their ultimate goal - to completely erase national borders throughout the Western Hemisphere, by William F. Jasper of “The New American,” June 13 issue, www.thenewamerican.com ,Also a MUST READ is Deanna Spingola’s wonderful and informative Column articles: “Building a North American Community, the Selling of America,” “Warfare, the Road to Globalization,” and “Bush’s War on Terror, part 1-3 WMD’s” part 1-11 book mark this address in your browser: www.renewamerica.us )

One thing the “War on Terrorism” and the “Patriot act” have done is to bring more tyranny to the world including America.

From the early American Puritans to the American Founding Father’s generation had approximately 250 Years for the fruit from Liberties Tree to ripen.

How many years have the Iraqi’s had? The answer: NONE. The process has not even begun there yet. There are very few if any Iraqi’s being discipled for liberty and true Freedom.

At the time of the Civil War (1861-65), when the people of color were physically freed, they themselves were not taught freedom’s principles. They were left to their own devices, not prepared to use and keep their new found freedoms or to be successful and prosperous. They became a burden to our institutions. We freed the slaves physically, but did not give them the tools for their future successful survival and to really be assimilated into our culture. We have schooled our children in government schools that teach “evolution” the very doctrine that brought about “Hitler’s Holocaust,” and the doctrine called the “survival of the fittest.” The doctrine of evolution has also brought in the term that brings anti-Christian unity: “Race.” The truth is, we are all from “one race” of people that started with Adam and Eve. (Go to www.answersingenesis.com to get a truthful and comprehensive perspective and understanding of the subject).

The same process continues with Americans today. For generations, American children have not received an education in keeping with their own freedoms and liberties guaranteed by the state and federal constitutions. This has been the process for many decades; being bred for slavery and dependence on government hand-outs and benefits that are gradually being taken away. Our nation sinks further and further into third world status with all the accompanying human misery that the “American Founding Patriots” sought to avoid. The bondage that they sought to circumvent by the Constitution’s Foundation, anchoring and binding down their new country with, is in the process of being dismantled and replaced right before our very blind eyes and is almost complete. The original constitutional safe guards and principles that God gave us as citizens of the once free Republic in the history of the world is just about gone, and all that is left is an empty shell with most of its substance taken out.

Morally and spiritually we are a mess and are a burden on the institutions of our culture. Children are not being taught, in our public schools and universities across our nation, moral and spiritual lessons and examples that will keep them from destroying their lives and the lives of others.

Another important factor lacking in our children’s educations is knowing how to intelligently discuss, think and reason out the important constitutional principles and complex social issues objectively, much less how to live and take care of themselves on even an elementary level. Many private schools and Home schoolers are the exception.

The state of American education is not only a disgrace and in shambles, but criminal, and has been for decades, but that’s the subject for a future article.

Another spiritual aspect of liberty is “Self Government.” Education can encourage this and parent's discipline, but eventually a person must be internally and spiritually motivated.

Robert Winthrop, Whig Party Statesman, Senator, (1809-1894), said: “All societies of men must be governed in some way or other. The less they may have of stringent State- Government the more they must have of Self-Government. The less they rely on public law or physical force, the more they must rely on private moral restraint. Men, in a word, must necessarily be controlled, either by a power within them or by a power without them; either by the word of God, or by the strong arm of man; either by the Bible or by the Bayonet.

Because the Muslim people from many nations are not now being trained and prepared to know better, be discerning, are being evangelized and recruited by the radical muslem terrorists for Sharia law.

Sharia law is the law commanded by the Koran. The principles in the Koran and the principles in the Bible are mutually exclusive. The principles of the Koran use fear, force and war. The principles of the Bible are love, grace or undeserved favor and truth. The Koran allows an Infidel to be treated with lying, cheating and murder. The Ten Commandments upon which our country was founded forbids this behavior.

We must judge each Muslim separately by their actions. Just as every religion has followers who are shallow or nominal in their devotion, there are Muslims who also are nominal. There are also people who have been forced by fear and terror to “become Muslims or die” and they are less than devote. For those Muslims who are devote their scriptures ( the Koran and Hadith ) teach fear, hatred, killing and deception for unbelievers.

Ever since Mohamad became an adult and founded his religion, the followers of Islam have been terrorizing most everyone that they have come in contact with for 1300 years.

Americans were attacked by Muslims in 1785, before we even had a navy. Twenty-one American merchant soldiers had been kidnaped by Muslim pirates and held in Tripoli, Libya. One hundred fifteen were held in Algeria. The sailors who converted to Islam were given soft jobs. The ones who remained Christians had to crush rocks with hammers. Our new nation built its first navy so we could rescue these sailors in various battles lasting 12 years. ( “The Voice of the Martyrs,” www.persecution.com special issue 2006, p.3 )

This is not to say that Christianity does not have skeletons in their closet, we do, and there are some hypocrites out there, but where there is the false there are the real Christians in the world. Christians are every day people that you see in the street, they are not perfect but are trying to walk with God. True Christians are those that try to keep the commandments of God as recorded in the Bible. Jesus said: “For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.” (Matt, 5:18)

As the saying from the quote above says, if people do not exercise self restraint and self-government there will have to be more external physical force to deal with their uncivil behavior.

The radical Muslim terrorists will not and cannot, govern themselves in the principles of freedom until they change their religion. Therefore, the cry to renew the tools that have and will continue to help our government to listen in on suspected terrorists that are in our country is uttered to renew the unconstitutional, unpatriotic, “Patriot Act”.

Putting aside partisan politics, bashing President Bush etc, America needs leaders who understand that true liberty cannot be achieved by waging a physical war to free countries that have been in the grip of despotism and tyranny. A dictator can be over thrown, but if an entire people of that society hold to deeply religious beliefs that will not bring freedom and cannot allow it to be changed with military action, how then can that society ever hope to be really free?

America desperately needs leaders who are not necessarily from the Democratic, Republican, Independent or any other political party (the deadly game and deception of pitching the Democrats against the Republican’s has served and played well for decades) but men and women who are knowledgeable of the principles of freedom and what true liberty really is. They must be morally straight, and politically incorruptible; people who will hold to our country’s Founding principles that made this a great country. Bringing Democracy to any country is another contemporary code word and guise for really bringing Socialism and Globalism, and is itself a short road to the despotism that our so called “leaders” say with their mouths that they want to avoid and change.

Why is it every time we get a person that’s running for the Presidency, and says they are a Christian, which theologically they may be (only God knows) that we Christians always fall for that rhetoric and then later on do discover their Worldview of politics show some very different results? The “Money Interests” and the “Cartel of International bankers” that really run our country will never permit a person or persons like from the “Constitutional Party” to achieve leadership that could turn things around. The people that we need, will have to be people of conviction, not be fearful to give up their “lives, liberty and sacred Honor” again if necessary, some of which currently do belong to the “Constitution Party.” (Visit, www.conservativeusa.org )

Liberty is not the facility to do as one wants, but the presence of mind to do as one’s Conscience demands. The Conscience is how the Spirit of the Bible’s living God communicates with His creation.

There are currently leaders of 3rd world nations, being freely educated at “Regent Christian University, and going back to their countries with Steven Mc Dowell and Mark Belles vitally important book “Liberating the Nations,”from the Providence Foundation, and using both sets of principles as the Foundation to their countries constitution, and their governments institutions.

The Bible may be poignantly correct in saying: “the first will be last and the last first,” (Matt, 19:30) if America continues to decline as did the “Romans,” and third world nations ascend with their efforts.

My father used to quote this simple saying to me when I was a young man of around 17. It has stayed with me all this time and I have had 47 years since that day so long ago to think and ponder its meaning many, many times. My father is now gone, but his words still reverberate in my mind. You have heard it before, here it is again: “Too Late Smart, Too Soon Old.”

Perhaps you may accuse me and think me too morose, negative, and having given up hope, which is not the case I assure you. Please consider and carefully read over the following short statement and two commentaries until its full message comes through.

There once was a day when the tree of Liberties Fruit flourished, when our institutions nurtured it and encouraged it, and our people understood it. Alas, that day is no more. By the time our people wake up after having been put to sleep, it will be gone and too late.

I do not say this because I am purposely trying to be disrespectful or accuse others, but I say these things because I see them.

The following first article by Reverdy Johnson, was taken from a book that I found at a Salvation Army Thrift Store several years ago. Its date of publication is 1901. I paid $2.00 for it. It has gathered some dust since I last opened its beautiful, ornate, loosening front cover and pages. It has an oval picture of Thomas Edison on it’s front cover lifting up a test tube. Its title is: “20th Century Cyclopedia of Universal Knowledge, History, Science, Literature, Inventions, Manufacture and Commerce.”

I do not know when this article was originally published. Reverdy Johnson, (1796-1876), was a Constitutional layer, U.S. Senator, Statesman, Conservative Democrat from Maryland (1845- 49, 1868-69). Able to grasp either side of an issue, he was called “The Trimmer” for his ability to bring compromises.

Although he lived in a slave State, Johnson opposed slavery and annexation. The following is his commentary titled, “No Extension of Freedom by Force.” Listen if you will, to its haunting, eloquent message, written so many, many years ago....

Sir, our institutions are telling their own story by the blessings they impart to us, and indoctrinating the people everywhere with the principles of freedom upon which they are founded. Ancient prejudices are yielding to their mighty influence. Heretofore revered, and apparently permanent systems of government are falling beneath it. Our glorious mother, free as she has ever comparatively been, is getting to be freer. It has blotted out the corruptions of her political franchise. It has broken her religious intolerance. It has greatly elevated the individual character of her subjects. It has immeasurably weakened the power of her nobles, and by weakening in one sense has vastly strengthened the authority of her crown, by forcing it to rest for all it’s power and glory upon the breasts of it’s people.

To Ireland too - impulsive Ireland - the land of genius, of eloquence, and of valor, it is rapidly carrying the blessing of a restored freedom and happiness. In France, all of political liberty which belongs to her, is to be traced to it; and even now it is to be seen cheering, animating, and guiding the classic land of Italy, making the very streets of Rome itself to ring with shouts of joy and gratitude for it’s presence. Sir, such a spirit suffers no inactivity, and needs no incentive. It admits of neither enlargement nor restraint. Upon

it’s own elastic and never-tiring wing, it is now soaring over the civilized world, everywhere leaving it’s magic and abiding charm. I say, then, try not, seek not to aid it. Bring no physical force to succor it. Such an adjunct would serve only to corrupt and paralyze its efforts.”....

This second article is from the same book, it’s author is Lyman Beecher, (1775-1863) Congregational minister, Educator, it’s title is: “Society Without Morality”

The mass is changing. We are becoming another people. Our habits have held us, long after those moral causes which formed them have in a great degree ceased to operate. These habits at length, are giving way. So many hands have so long been employed to pull away foundations, and so few to repair the breaches, that the building totters. So much enterprise has been displayed in removing obstructions from the current of human depravity, and so little to restore them, that the stream at length is beginning to run. It may be stopped now, but it will soon become deep, and broad, and rapid, and irresistible.

The crisis then has come. By the people of this generation, by ourselves probably, the amazing question is to be decided, whether the inheritance of our fathers shall be preserved, or thrown away - whether our Sabbaths shall be a delight, or a loathing - whether the taverns on that holy day shall be crowded with drunkards, or the sanctuary of God with humble worshipers - whether riot and profanity shall fill our streets, and poverty our dwellings, and convicts our jails, and violence our land; or whether industry, and temperance, and righteousness, shall be the stability of our times - whether mild laws shall receive the cheerful submission of freemen, or the iron rod of a tyrant compel the trembling homage of slaves. Be not deceived. Human nature in this nation is like human nature everywhere. All actual difference in our favor is adventitious, and the result of our laws, institutions and habits. It is a moral influence which, with the blessing of God, has formed a state of society so eminently desirable. The same influence which has formed it, is indispensable to its preservation. The rocks and hills of New England will remain till the last conflagration; but, let the Sabbath be profaned with impunity, the worship of God be abandoned, the government and religious instruction of children be neglected the streams of intemperance be permitted to flow, and her glory will depart. The wall of fire will no more surround her, and the munition of rocks will no longer be her defense.”

The Bible says - You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free. When we know and understand the principles that are in God's word we will not be easily deceived.

Colossians, 2:18 says - See to it that no one carries you off, as spoil or makes you yourselves captive by his so called philosophy and intellectualism, and vain deceit (idle fancies and plain nonsense), following human traditions - mens ideas of the material (rather than the spiritual) world - just crude notions following the rudimentary and elemental teachings of the universe, and disregarding (the teachings - of Christ the Messiah.

Now our beloved country is in serious peril, and extremely vulnerable, and in dire need of God's wisdom and direction, to really know how to address the vitally important multiplicity of problems affecting all our institutions of government, social, educational, spiritual, etc.

We would have known all along that you can't let a nation disarm itself of God's armor of protection, by allowing the Bible to be removed from the center of ALL education and allow the expunging of all references to God in our culture, to reach the point of thinking that we could ever expect to win a war and liberate any people by fighting with earthly weapons, of bombs, missiles and solders. True liberty is a spiritual concept.

The weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but spiritual, and mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds. (2 Cor, 10:4)

Timeless Truth Today for America´s Treasury

Unless the Lord builds the house, we labor in vain. Psalm 127:1

Why is the coming election the "most important in our lifetime"?

The coming election is the test of fire for conscience. It will shape the future and the generations to come. The largest issue —limiting government and freeing individual enterprise—touches us all every day in the job market and the supermarket. This generation is destined to test the principle of property in the election booth—the means of handling the natural right of private property. Hear counsel from our second president John Adams:

"The moment the idea is admitted into society that property is not as sacred as the laws of God, and that there is not a force of law and public justice to protect it, anarchy and tyranny commence. If 'Thou shalt not covet' and 'Thou shalt not steal' were not commandments of Heaven, they must be made inviolable precepts in every society before it can be civilized or made free." —John Adams, 1787

The election also addresses LIFE ISSUES that are not up for debate in the courts of heaven.

Life as God gives it from conception to the grave—not to be limited by the pursuit of happiness

Family—marriage enshrined not redefined—to sustain posterity

Religious freedom—the root of American liberty that channels the Gospel

Tamper with eternity at absolute peril. Life issues cannot be compromised.

"May all rejoice in the Lord, who has formed us into a nation, and honour him as our judge, lawgiver, and king, who hath saved us, AND WILL SAVE US FROM ALL ENEMIES AND FEARS, IF WE THANKFULLY RECEIVE AND RIGHTLY IMPROVE HIS GREAT MERCIES." [Emphasis mine] Ending prayer taken from: Samuel Langdon, THE REPUBLIC OF THE ISRAELITES AN EXAMPLE TO THE AMERICAN STATES http://oll.libertyfund.org/index.php?option=com_staticxt&staticfile=show.php&title=816&search=%22The+Republic+of+the+Israelites+an+Example+to+the+American+States%22&chapter=69313&layout=html#a_1669622

This principle, that a whole nation has the right to do whatever it pleases, cannot in any sense whatever be admitted as true. The eternal and immutable laws of justice and morality are paramount to all human legislation. The violations of those laws is certainly within the power of a nation, but it is not among the rights of nations. John Quincy Adams, quote taken from the book: Political Sermons of the American Founding Era, 1733-1805, Published by Liberty Fund.

"Politics cannot produce character: Christianity must. The decline of faith is a decline of character and a decline of character is the forerunner of political decay and collapse.

Christianity has an obligation to train a people in the fundamentals of God's grace and law, and to make them active and able champions of true political liberty and order." ~ R. J. Rushdoony (Roots of Reconstruction, p. 552)

"Proclaim liberty throughout all the land" Leviticus 25:10

"Freedom is not 'free', freedom is not a licence to sin against the God who created liberty." A friend

"I would rather be exposed to the inconveniences attending too much liberty than those attending too small a degree of it." Thomas Jefferson

"The value of liberty was thus enhanced in our estimation by the worth of characters appreciated by the trial of adversity." George Washington

"An error doesn't become a mistake until you refuse to correct it." Orlando A. Battista

"Your heart is 'free' have the courage to follow it." A friend

There is a certain enthusiasm in liberty, that makes human nature rise above itself in acts of bravery and heroism. Alexander Hamilton

"The counterfeit of this primal point is unfortunately prevalent today among the conservatives—the belief that self-government means man´s government of himself without regard for God or Christ, without regard for the Bible as the standard of political reference.

To understand where the power or sovereignty of government resides, is a leading point in understanding America´s Christian Constitution. Unless this point is accepted, the Constitution becomes like other constitutions, and government is treated as a force, an entity outside the individual, against which he must forever war or contend. This is essentially the European or Asian concept of government.

Where a people believe the power of government to reside determines whether they believe that man exists for the state or that the state exists for man. If it is believed that the power resides in the government, and a people dislikes what the government is doing, they resort to mob action such as we are seeing all over the world, and sadly to relate, in our own country as well. We are but reaping the harvest of false teaching and education concerning the history of our country and its form of government.

Current News Comments:

The anti-capitalist liberals currently protesting on Wall Street are wasting their time. While they decry the supposed corruption of Wall Street, their "middle class" allies in Washington DC are raiding the US treasury like an unwatched cookie jar, padding the pockets of their friends and political cronies.

All this happens while Obama travels the country on the taxpayer´s dime, pushing a fake jobs bill that Senate Democrats won´t touch with a ten foot pole.

Liberals in America need to wake up to reality. The only real problem with Capitalism in America is government interference in free markets for the personal gain of politically connected crooks. The American Glob – Conservative Libertarian News and Views -

As Marti Oakley has just written, ["Smart Meters: No Federal Mandate." Aug. 15, 2011:http://ppjg.wordpress.com/2011/08/15/smart-meters-no-federal-mandate/#more-17629] the best way to look at what´s happening is to: "follow the money. In late October 2009, the [US] Department of Energy announced the $3.4 billion in stimulus grants under AARA. Award selections were announced for 100 smart grid projects that are intended to lead to the rollout of approximately 18-million smart meters, 1-million in-home energy management displays, and 170,000 smart thermostats, as well as numerous advanced transformers and load management devices."(5)

Smart-grid projects are supposed to "meet strict cyberspace guidelines"(6); but that has not happened, because greed trumped everything else: our health, safety, precaution, and any remnants of law. Government corruption is endemic, while Wall Street behind-the-scenes manipulation and the bankers theft of trillions of taxpayer dollars is ignored. White-collar crime is rarely prosecuted, because (1) there are few honest people left in government; and (2) those in charge are part of the bigger problem. All Precaution was thrown out in the race to compete for millions of fiat dollars. Without an informed and educated public and with the mass media compliant to elite and secret plans, no one is told the truth.

There has been no public discussion on the known biological hazards, both to humans and our pets, with these new meters. There has been no testing of these meters for any kind of safety. However, utilities Public Relations "spin" includes that: they will cut power costs to consumers, thus lowering your monthly bills; help customers reduce power consumption during peak times; and the meters can be read anytime, via a planned new "grid" in the works for the entire country that will use these meters. Utility companies insist these meters are safe.

We are fast approaching the stage of the ultimate inversion: the stage where the government is free to do anything it pleases, while the citizens may act only by permission. Ann Rand

If the policy of the government, upon vital questions, affecting the whole people, is to be inevocably fixed by decisions of the Supreme Court, the instant they are made, in ordinary litigation between parties, in personal actions, the people will have ceased to be their own rulers, having to that extant practically resigned their government into the hands of that eminent tribunal. Abraham Lincoln

There´s no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren´t enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws … pass the kind of laws that can neither be observed nor enforced nor objectively interpreted and you create a nation of law breakers. I worry that we're past the point of recovering our Constitutional Republic. We're devolving deeper and deeper into an oligarchy that has limitless powers. I'm a bit numb. Regardless of how we vote, regardless of what we're promised, regardless of the fiery speech and protestation, the downward spiral continues.

Because of Bill's increasing concerns about the serious, sobering and perilous times we are living and being manipulated into, his intentions will be mainly devoted (as he has been) to posting articles that will alert, inform, expose, and wake up a sleeping reading public. This involves the issues that are not covered, or not covered truthfully by the "National News Media." "In the time of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act." - George Orwell.

To warn the public of the present and coming danger of permitting the federalizing of local police departments across our nation is of the utmost importance, if allowed to continue it will result in the planned replication of the infamous "Nazi storm troopers" reminiscent of Hitler´s Germany in recent past history.

Also of grave concern is the agenda of "Sustainable Development."

"It is the official policy of every state government, and nearly every city, town and county in the nation. But, I warn you, accepting the perception that Sustainable Development is simply good environmental stewardship is a serious and dangerous mistake…
Sustainable Development is the process by which America is being reorganized around a central principle of state collectivism using the environment as bait...

…Sustainable Development calls for changing the very infrastructure of the nation, away from private ownership and control of property to nothing short of central planning of the entire economy…
…The Sustainablists insist that society be transformed into feudal-like governance by making nature the central organizing principle for our economy and society"…

Feudalism is the power over slaves.

…"According to Sustainablist doctrine, it is a social injustice for some to have prosperity if others do not. It is a social injustice to keep our borders closed. It is a social injustice for some to be bosses and others to be merely workers.

Social justice is a major premise of Sustainable Development: Another word for social justice, by the way, is Socialism. Karl Marx was the first to coin the phrase "social justice." Some officials try to pretend that Sustainable Development is just a local effort to protect the environment -- just your local leaders putting together a local vision for the community. Then ask your local officials how it is possible that the exact language and tactics for implementation of Sustainable Development are being used in nearly every city around the globe from Lewiston, Maine to Singapore. Local indeed…" Tom DeWeese www.americanpolicy.org

…"Are you starting to see the pattern behind Cap and Trade, the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, and all of those commercials you´re forced to watch about the righteousness of Going Green? They are all part of the enforcement of Sustainable Development…" Maurice Strong, Secretary General of the UN´s Rio Earth Summit in 1992

"…The politically based environmental movement provides Sustainablists camouflage as they work to transform the American systems of government, justice, and economics. It is a masterful mixture of socialism (with its top down control of the tools of the economy) and fascism (where property is owned in name only – with no control). Sustainable Development is the worst of both the left and the right. It is not liberal, nor is it conservative. It is a new kind of tyranny that, if not stopped, will surely lead us to a new Dark Ages of pain and misery yet unknown to mankind." Tom DeWeese
