Mike Huckabee Fair Tax: You got my Vote!

Michael C. Morris
I think every American wants to see the IRS abolished no if and or butts! That the majority of Americans are less fearful of being robbed that dealing with the IRS I truly understand. (See article The IRS – FEMA’s bigger dysfunctional Sister – A True Story)

But in order for the fair tax to work and to disarm the opponents of a fair tax, I would suggest that the following be incorporated into your plan:

1. No essentials of life are taxed. That would include you first home, food, clothing, medical insurance, mandated insurances and your first car.

2. That corporations be taxed on all internally consumed purchases like office supplies etc. They can always past the cost there on as part of the overhead charge to the consumer. This would also eliminate the double and triple tax heaped on the comsumer.

3. That a federal Law is put into place to limit the total tax burden overall (federal, state and local) be limited to 30%.

4. That a federal law that the Government MUST operate within its budget, just like the rest of us. We have all seen how uncontrolled spending has decimated the housing and mortgage industry. The country is not far behind.

5. Make this law by executive order on the authority of the American people.

Mike Huckabee, If you incorporate the above and stick to this promise to the American people, you have my vote come November. Lie to me and the American people, and every American will call for your immediate impeachment.
