FIRST POSSIBLE CIRCLE ON SNOW / SNOW CIRCLES INSTEAD OF CROP FIGURES

This June-July of this year I engaged in studying of 6 prospective Circles and Pictograms on fields, but all of them were on cereals. The report on Circles-2007 prepares, will be published in the end of a year.
The case of appearance of Circles first in this year on snow is fixed in Kazan and this circle is at the snow.
About this phenomenon it became known from Valentina, the inhabitant of the local house, in whose court yard there were circles.
She has found them approximately in 22.00 evenings when already was going to go to bed. In its apartment live a click and two cats, they have strongly begun to worry, as has forced it to leave on a balcony.
Here, from an altitude of 8th floor she also has seen this pattern.
On a children's playground rings theoretically equal circles dispersed.
Epicentre went from one of birches, that near to garages.
Anybody from people passing through a court yard did not pay to this attention.

And the similar case has descended to Ekaterinburg, November 21 where inhabitants of the city became eyewitnesses of the paranormal phenomenon. At night from the sixth for November, seventh, in a court yard of houses on streets Tsvillinga, 53, again on a children's playground has occurbed circle pattern.
From accurately expressed centre in the form of a circle in diameter of 40-50 sm dispersed numerous rings of the correct diametrical moulding box. A thickness of rings and walks (intervals) between them approximately identical - approximately 10-15 centimetres, and diameter of all pattern - about 30 metres. Practically all concentric circles consisting of alternating light snow bands and dark bands of a ground, seen from under snow in places of thawed patches, on the frame and the dimensions were almost identical. It is possible to assert precisely, that if snow were not, these traces would not be revealed, since on a ground they do not abandon impresses.
And again in Kazan, but 17 years ago in 6 of December 1990 about city hospital No7 there were circles on snow. And here there were witnesses patients of hospital at whom the state of health has sharply worsened.
According to medical staff and patients, unusual glow has begun the day before about midnight. It seemed to Someone is an electric welding. Someone has bundled glow to summer lightnings or the hallucinations invoked by illness.
Local researcher from non-goverment organisation Kosmopoisk gave me following results of mesurement for that case:
Radiation and background - it in the norm.
The width of furrows-waves 18-20 see stable.

At a biointroscopy(radiostesy) arms the is more subcentral a circle (a birch fulcrum), the it is more niddle in dactyls - activity increase.
Acidity of snow from furrows - subacidic. Close to the neutral.
Birch which stood in the circle centre - on a fulcrum there are bruise signs - either no traces from a cord, or paternal or still.
Colour of bast of a birch FROM the CENTER differs - "rzhavo more-brown" that-whether.

Conditional radiator on a surface of free-flowing medium (snow), distance between ridges ~ 0.15 m, radius, on which the wave decaies (there is no effect on snow) ~ 10 m. Figures of December 1990 and 2007 practically coincide November.
