NLL: Third Ranked Jax Debut With Success

On Saturday, the National Lacrosse League got it’s first look at how one of the expansion franchises will look this season.

In California, the Preseason 3rd ranked Lumberjax defeated the 10th ranked San Jose Stealth 13-9. Scoring for the Jax broke-down like this: Jed Prossner (3), Rich Morgan (2), Scott Stewart (2) Ryan Powell (2), Peter Morgan (1), Brandon McKinnon (1), Tom Montour (1), and Mike Hominuck (1). Goaltender Matt King picked up 35 saves.
