When the government is in trouble what does it do? Spin!
It seems to be very good at finding scientists who don`t know much at all:
Or they suffer badly from some form of Asburgers; coupled with memory loss: The same can probably be said about the members of government.
Seeing a big fat fee for doing the work; the governments asked them to do, is too pull the wool: The government; our governments want the Right Answer: Even if its not the right answer. They try to make us responsible for what they may, or may not be doing on our behalf.
The MoD just this week has stop a good two years of planning, an even putting in place of wind turbines for a new energy system:
A whole crisp factory was going to be run on wind turbines in the UK
The MoD has been raising concerns about the increase of Wind Turbines in Scotland interfering with its nuclear defence programs and radar systems for some time. But they don`t seem to be able to stop it completely. The MoD has been teetering on the edge, saying its going to put a stop to government plans for a good 6 years with regard to interferance from wind turbines.
While the EU goes on about the CO2 levels:
I did speak to someone high up in DSTL, he said, "Write to your MP":
Done that been their got the Tee Shirt. Industry and the ministry of defence seem to know!
Millions of £`s are being spent, with local UK councils being threatened, they will have their planning laws removed if they don`t do as the government wishes; in that give planning for wind turbines in their area.
The Friends of the Earth are right behind the wind turbines, and they would much prefer them to the Nuclear Option; if they only knew, the same basic component that helps nuclear power generation is in a wind turbine.....
Though it might not be working at quite the same intensity, it being poorly measured and hence understood as to how it produces electricity.

I`ve written to and spoken to various people at Central Networks who do the local service for Enron in the UK. I raised my concerns with their EMF officer, about Inverter Drive Systems: In that these devices were being used to replace transformers, more traditionally used in wind turbines in the past. Basically being a coil, replaced by a rotating magnet otherwise known as an inverter. (It has other names as well)
Central Networks EMF officer told me they he thought inverters were,
"Not Power Efficient":Yet inverters are the main source, of power from Wind turbines, solar panels and battery chargers: Its not the wind turbine, solar panel or battery charger as such doing the work.
Solar panels cost out weigh`s the amount of power they will ever generate.
Wind Turbines, to generate anything but direct power; as one might have in a mill, create too much friction for them to be, that economical.
The wind turbine industry in combination, with the aircraft industry have managed to, use military secrets, in how to jig the system.. Very simple minded people are given the task to install and check these devices.(They are not of the same generating, who were brought up on cold war movies, where a lot of this technology was often used).
The inverter acts more like a gear, or a series of pulleys in the simplistic way of looking at things the conversion for DC to AC; current may be but an illusion? As the aircraft industry use a series of inverters; which can either be solid-state or rotating, as a fuel save device. No need to attached a wind turbine there, if one does not include the aircrafts engine. So why attach a wind turbine, or a solar panel? Surely it would be much too cheap to just use a series of inverters to the mains power supply? There would not be much need for the wind turbine, or the solar panel industry behind that. The electricity company think the are so low powered, and not power efficient; they would not understand. Yet the aircraft industry, does not say out right:

The electricity companies don`t know, or openly don`t know: Though so much is tied up in the way nuclear power is generated, it could be conceivable, an engineer in a conventional power station, has no official understanding how a nuclear power station works? In that inverters/inverter drives are a major source of power surges in the mains supply, dirty electricity.. A good example is, if you have ever had your fridge, freezer or even your fish tank pump vibrate: Its coming from a factory nearby. Either vire the radio network, back-up through the mains supply or possible even the ground or air. These waves are very powerful, but experts on the whole don`t bother to measure low frequency.. We have been indoctrinated, its not worth the effort in worrying after all its harmless. "Is Not It"?

Physics and Energy Studies, Murdoch University; its off line at the moment.

"Remote area power supply (RAPS) systems are becoming increasingly prevalent. These systems tend to use renewable energy sources and thier associated tehchnology rather than the conventional power supply system. RECENTLY SOME CONCERNS HAVE BEEN RAISED ABOUT THE LEVELS OF EMR being emitted from these new froms of technology. Some of the inverters tranforming the generated direct current (DC ) to alternating current (AC) have produced significant levels of EMR. These devices often located close to living areas and therefore increase the hazards to residents."
In 2004 they were raising concerns about, inverters being used next to domestic housing: While the ideal is that Green Technology is safe, in realistic terms it could not be further from the truth. The governments so despitate to tell us it is!
Kipe and Jennings, mention Hertzian energy, and db as a measurement of noise however this technology does not work in hertizan or db values, the true value of radiation is completely lost, and way beyond anything experts think they are dealing with, along with low frequency noise as being not the problem. Its this mysterious low level radiation; which is not low level.
New technology does not have the same power base, as it were to the conventional power supply. Just last week the medical physics departments in both the UK and more recently France have over dosed patients, on radio therapy; I fear for the same reason they don`t understand the power of these systems, and are trying to take a too simplistic view of the way energy works. Quantum Science finds it hard to understand how energy; particles disappear and re-appear, and main stream science is being told, to measure it with a little old meter.
The HSE is bending over backwards as far, as MRI machines are concerned in that they don`t comply to BSI and Electromagnetic Compatibility Law (EU regs are to be enforced in 2008) But they are too useful so there has been a reprieve.. Hence everything else can hide behind another lie.
I can hear, the scientist say at the basic level.
"I can`t be concerned about that stuff".
Even though its the basis of everything!
For most of my childhood, into the early 70`s, and the 80`s scientists including my physics teacher drummed it into us; that solar panels and wind turbines, are not power efficient.
"Look here!" we are being told chalk is cheese, and black is white, but most of all its Green
"A touch of Alchemy". I am sure I might call it.
The Spin Doctors` have, and are done very well.
What happens when they all wake up, and realise they have not saved the world?
