Yes, we have “wrinkles creams”, but no cream will save you from the effects of gravity, save unless it is concrete or plaster. You’re not going to put that stuff on your face. Method 1: The head rush
Just lay your head over the edge of your bed and let gravity pull your face upward, instead of downward. Plus, re-orienting your head in this direction allows more blood to flow to your face. This increased blood flow fills the cells surrounding your face to give your skin a more plump and youthful look. Rest in this position about five minutes.
Note: Get up from this position carefully so as not to create any cramps or pull any delicate muscles in your neck.
Method 2: The head roll
Another thing gravity does is place a great deal of strain and pressure on your neck all day long. This ever-present strain can present itself as eyestrain and eventually crow’s feet (fine lines around your eyes).
Fortunately, relieving this strain is as easy as rolling your head. Here’s how:
Just sit comfortably in a chair. The slowly roll your head from your right shoulder, then touch your chin down toward your chest and then smoothly roll your head toward your left shoulder. Next, reverse this 180-degree head rotation five times.
Now reverse the above movement and roll your head from your right shoulder, toward your back and then toward your left should. Roll your head in this smooth, slow 180-degree motion five times.
Here’s what you need to pay attention to: After using these head roll movements, you should feel tension relief within your neck and within your eyes.
In short, wrinkle prevention is about knowing your skin’s youthfulness enemies, and how to counteract or befriend them. The only way to null wrinkle maker number one, gravity, is to live on the moon.
