In support of Prof. Muhammad Shamsudin Megalomotis

Letters to the Editor
Let me add my voice to those who are criticizing the unfair accusation labeled against Dr Megalommatis and un-tolerated thought and emotion. It is a normal practice for people like them to slander any scholars who hold different opinions. Dr Megalommatis has the rights to discuss relevant matters, speak, write or publish evidence he considers important to the history of the Oromo and other oppressed nations as a public citizen without unjustified restriction.

It always is disturbing for the Abyssinians/Ethiopian elites when someone tries to correct the myth, and they consider her/him as enemy or as a threat that has to be squashed immediately including by force.

Dr Megalommatis articles are unpopular with people like them as they want the Abyss to remain a dominant force in that part of the world to advance their own selfish interests. They should have known that freedom of speeches have long been accepted in democratic societies unlike Ethiopia.

People like them choose not to understand the past historical distortion, physical and psychological torture encountered by the oppressed nations for more than a century. No more subjugation, exploitation or suppression.

Kind regards,

Shangale
