Dear Editor,
I would like you and other readers of this response to understand that I am not talking old story, but life experience I'm living with, my forefathers lived and my father, brothers and siters are living with. I am a proud Sidama national and eqaully Ethiopian if all nations of the empire agree to co-exist together peacefully.
Mr Gelaw's alleagtions and others remarks lack substances and justifiable reasons for simple reasons; becase they are based on paranoia and false fabrications embellished by good words. And they are lies based on Abyssinian successive respressive ideology for supermacy (as Adolf Hitler). Abyssinians think that they can suppress people with different opinions outside their empire that tantamount not only Neo-Nazism, but also complete delusion!! Becuase if they think that the way they are behaving in the West where people freely express opinions and ideas with minimum restrictions, their perceptions and mentality remain seriously contentious and exposes the heinousness of their hoodwinking propoganda.
I don't have to go through all issues step by step. Becuase I know who they are and their perceptions. Also all Ethiopian nations those who have been and continued to be brutalised by their successive regimes precisely know who they are. The sadest part of their elites story (I respect wider Amahara and Tigray people) is that they think that they can continue to have control over and dominate the psyche of colonised nations in the 21st century out of their empire, in particualr in the West. Deadly mistake they continue to repeat!!
They are supressiong and silencing democratic movements and freedom of expressions in their empire to date, and they think that it is also the case out of the empire. They continue to hoodwink the international community telling as being the savers of black race whilst they are continuing to brutalise groups of the said blacks. When some one independntly argue on this fact, they always campaign to backmail an independent opinion. This is toatally unacceptable and furthers the issues of down-trodden nations of Ethiopia under their ill-conceived ideology of 'one Ethiopian' with nothing, but poverty, ramapant human rights violations and reletless human sufferings. Their successive regimes were and are the cause of human tragedies unfolding in Ethiopia. Instead of envisaging for lasting solution and respect for basic rights of nations of Ethiopia; they try to continue to preach us by telling that who-so-ever speaks the truth is racist. Ironically, they are the most racist of the planet earth that who preach people in their land to leave under their Nazism in the 21st century. They brutalise nations of Ethiopia by suppressing their identity including spekaing their languages in their land; even out of Ethiopian if they can.
It is possible to argue on their inadequacey and dogmaitc beleive that states they are the only ones created to rule Ethiopia by hoodwinking their subjects and driving them towards the ideology of 'one Ethiopia' irrespective of their basic rights! I also genuinely think that these elites perceptions are based entirely on ethos and beleives of their last emperiors such as Menilik II's and emperor Hailesilasies's brutish, cruel and inhuman ideology for supermacy.
They also dream their time to come by the back door of Kinijit's hidden mooto under the slogan of 'one Ethiopia' as their predecessors. However, they fail to understand that no one with critical mind and intellectual rigour from non-Amhara beleive that they are geneuine democrats and share their power if they were to overthrow Meles's regime with whatever mechanism; unless one is baptised with their delusionist ideology of 'one Ethiopian'. The said empror's taught them how to brutalise the people's of various nationalities after the former secured the empire and brought Ethiopia to today's geographical shape in 1890s by the name of one Ethiopia crushing other nations of disticnt cultures ans identies. Since, their Nazist ideology continued to grow deeper among their elites directly or indirectly that makes them pretty restless when-ever they hear the truth behind the embellished Nazism.
This is the case behind Abebe's paranoia. Basically, all Amharas reagrdless of their backgrounds are members of Kinijit including Abebe. If he attempts to deny this fact, we can tell him in the language that he can understand and he wants peoples of Ethiopia to speak with.
I also feel sorry for their metality in the 21st century that still they think in the same way like their predeccessors of 18th century. The aspiration of Nazist ideology was the superiority of their race. Their strongly founded beleive was ruling inferior people (according to their beleive) of all races forcibly; if not by eradicating entire potential resistances based on these illusionist ideology out of human character. Abyssinaian chauvisnits share this ideology and their acts against other nations is not differenct from that of Nazism. If one observes Abyssinians behaviour, they don't want any one to think about Ethiopian and other nations of the country. If they could, they don't want any one to speak own language in their land and they denigrade who attempts to be nationalist under the slogan of narrow separatist as they are doing against Oromo, Sidama, Ogaden somali....
Even they don't want any one speak his/her language outside the empire such in Europe. I was speaking to one of European friend with my mother tongue and teaching them how to say hello, whilst I was pursuing my postgraduate study in Europe. Two of Abyssinian students who were doing their postgrad study angrly spoken to me saying' why do you teach regional language!!, why don't you teach people to learn national language?'. I was furious and spoken to them with the same manner. Any one can imagine how their persception and acts that lingers to this 21st century where people's mentality is tranformed for the common good. Their perception remain backward and they don't beleive that other peoples in their colony are created equally as them.
To be Ethiopian, you have to speak their language wherever you go, be dressed with their (Abyssinian) national costume, play their music and so forth. This is not only happend in the past, it is also the case to this date. The Nazist reapented and aplogised for their inhumanity agaisnt fellow human being and paid componsation for some of victims namely for Jewsih; yet Abyssinian Nazist preach us still they are the one to rule us and above all tell us not speak truth in the world of freedom.
Therefore, the allegations made against this independent intellectual opinon by Abebe Gelaw is not only based on his simple paranoia and delusions, but also deceitful behaviour that needs further treatments. He can't intimidate independent scholar for mere reason of Abyssinain supermacy. Thus, we strongly advise this editor to see the other face of Mr Gelaw's approach in the lights of his attempt to block and or restrict the freedom of expressions as his people do in Ethiopia against nations and tion alites of the country. Therefore, there is no racisit connotations in his articles; but genuine fact although they struggle to swallow it!!
