FAIR conducted an analysis of Kentucky Illegal Alien invasion but numbers used are based on census data and are way understated. Census reports recognize only a small percentage of Mexican Marxist invaders in Kentucky.

The actual number is at least 5 times that reported by the census bureau based on estimates of Kentucky "Hispanic groups." Lexington Kentucky has over 50,000 illegals alone. Local government officials reported in 2005 the percentage of illegals that need to come out of the shadows is over 95% of about 60,000 total immigrants. Similar reports were submitted to the federal government for grants to develop parks in areas Lexington Kentucky officials declared as “heavily Hispanic.” The current population is much higher than that 2005 estimate.

We are now experiencing an increase in Middle Eastern criminals who are riding into Lexington on the Mexican Bus Lines that operate internationally. Census reports are no where near accurately depicting actual numbers and costs related to criminal illegal alien invasion here in the “Promised Land” for criminal illegal aliens.

Kentucky current costs of Invasion are well over $500 million. Lost income and lost tax revenues on devalued properties resulting from explosion of criminal populations has devastated local government coffers. Diminished home values are not included in the cost of this attack on America.

Total cost to Kentucky by 2020 will easily exceed $2.5 billion dollars a year given current trends without including geometric increases in added costs of our ever growing Hispanic drug and human trafficking problems. Ever increasing identity theft, murders and rapes continues at a skyrocketing pace unparalleled in other states with similar sanctuary policies.

Minimally, our Mexican Marxist Invader Population is increasing at an exponential rate as our treasonous corrupt Anti American politicians drain state and local government treasuries and increase taxes to pay for this influx of criminals and crime. Our ever increasing population of criminals will easily currently exceed 500,000 and will be in excess of a million at the current rate of growth in 2010.

Costs to Kentucky taxpayers will exceed not FAIR estimated $200 million in 2010 but it will exceed $1 BILLION. The ever increasing number of criminals and crime in the state will give us a cost of well over $2.5 BILLION by 2020 based on current population estimates reported by the Hispanic associations to our local Marxist Herald Leader propaganda paper.

It may exceed $5 billion as federal mandates increase cost of illegals in the state. We could add Higher Education and Medicare payments for children of illegals up to age 25.

Kentucky has become the whore house of Middle America and hopes to get a reputation as the Las Vegas of the east without the glitter as we pay more of our taxes to support the corrupt horse industry with casino gambling. That designation will go along with the San Francisco of the east to compare with west coast Marxist values. Value of middle class citizens to Lexington and Kentucky Marxist politicians has diminished to zero.

Our only hope is to get some honest elected officials and law enforcement officers to arrest and jail our corrupt politicians and employers of the illegals. We must continue to send our complaints to ICE and report elected officials illegal activities. They can not violate laws of the land and get away with it anymore.

Kentucky is in a race to the bottom with other corrupt states that have destroyed their local economies to curry favor with Anti American special interest groups that want to tear down America. Mass outmigration of American Citizens from invaded areas has left local governments without adequate tax bases to pay for all demands on devastated infrastructures. Continued tax increases will only drive more businesses and people away leaving Lexington and Kentucky with the Mexican Marxist economy they are working hard to create.

Widespread corruption and discrimination against citizens has sparked a revolutionary atmosphere where everyone is so outraged they are demanding an end to invasion and an end to widespread conspiracy to steal from the taxpayers.

Corrupt employers in the horse industry many of whom live out of state and some like Ruler of Dubai His Royal Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum live out of the country. They take profits from their criminal conspiracy to hire illegals out of the country with them.

Is there any reason:

businesses avoid the state like it has the plague?

for the children of the state to be addicted to the Mexican Meth before they get out of grade school?

for our children to be raped and murdered by Mexican Mafia Drug Cartel members?

to reduce felony crimes committed by Mexican criminals to misdemeanors while they throw the book at American Citizens?

to destroy America's schools with a population that can't speak English?

Mr. Steve Sheepshearer is a horseman who says increased taxes Kentucky Sheep will have to pay to accommodate more gambling in the state will be offset with $500 million to help pay for the children's education. That won't touch the $2.5 Billion we will be paying out to take care of the cheap labor for the horse industry.

There sure is a reason for all of this. It is POWER. They want power because power means wealth to the corrupt. They could give less of a damn if it destroys Kentucky and the Republic. They just want it. They curry favor of wealthy criminal employers with criminal labor that We the People pay for.

Population Change


Kentucky population increased by 9.9 percent between 1990 and 2000, and by 3.9 percent between 2000 and 2006, bringing Kentucky’s total population to approximately 4.2 million.

Approximately 17.2 percent of the total population increase between 2000 and 2006 in Kentucky was directly attributable to immigrants.

FAIR estimates the illegal alien population in 2005 at 27,000. This number is 80 percent above the U.S. government estimate of 15,000 in 2000, and 575 percent above the 1990 estimate of 4,000.

According to an estimate of the Pew Hispanic Center, in 2005 there were an estimated 30,000 to 60,000 illegal aliens living in Kentucky.2/

FAIR estimates in 2004 that the taxpayers of Kentucky spent $51.6 million per year on illegal aliens and their children in public schools.3/

Population Profile

While Kentucky hasn’t yet suffered the explosive population growth that other parts of the south have, demographic indicators show that it’s headed in that direction. Dramatic population growth projections in Fayette and twelve surrounding counties—45 percent by 2030, according to a state demographer—have local leaders concerned that the region can’t handle the influx. Anderson, Garrad, and Scott counties are expected to more than double their populations by 2030. No one knows how the state will deliver water to the newcomers, and no major new roads have been planned to accommodate the population increase.4/

Kentucky’s foreign-born population more than doubled during the 1990s, increasing by 135 percent, the tenth highest percent increase in the country.

Kentucky foreign-born population increased by 33.6 percent between 2000 and 2006. During that period Kentucky gained over 26,000 immigrants, bringing the total number of foreign-born residents in the state to over 107,000.

Environmental and Quality of Life Profile

Schools: Between 1990 and 2000, Kentucky’s elementary and high school enrollment increased by four percent. In Oldham County, where population increased 39 percent in the last decade, school officials are worried that already crowded classrooms won’t be able to handle the county’s ballooning population. The school district is already at 109 percent capacity, and the school superintendent has asked the planning commission to temporarily stop approving new residential developments.5/ At South Oldham High School, which is 30 percent over capacity, administrators have had to increase the amount of time between periods, because the hallways are so packed that students were unable to make their way to class on time.6/

Poverty: 13.9 percent of immigrants in Kentucky are living in poverty, an increase of 10.4 percent since 2000. Among foreign-born non-citizens, the poverty rate jumps to 18 percent.7/

Traffic: As population growth put more traffic on the roads, the average commute for Kentucky residents increased 14 percent during the 1990s, to 24 minutes in 2000. 8/,9/ 39 percent of Kentucky's major urban roads are congested and 24 percent of Kentucky's major roads are in poor or mediocre condition. Vehicle travel on Kentucky's highways increased 39 percent from 1990 to 2003.Driving on roads in need of repair costs Kentucky motorists $514 million a year in extra vehicle repairs and operating costs --- $184 per motorist. Congestion in the Louisville area costs commuters $672 per person per year in excess fuel and lost time. 10/

In the Kansas City, MO Kansas area, travelers experience an annual delay of 17 hours.11/ 11 percent of commuters in Kentucky have a commute time that is at least 45 minutes. 12/

Disappearing Open Space: Each year, Kentucky loses 47,400 acres due to development.13/

Air Quality: 11 of Kentucky’s 120 counties received a grade of “F” from The American Lung Associations “State of the Air 2005” report. 7 other counties received a grade of “D”, and 7 counties received a grade of “C”. 14/

Crowded Housing: In 2005 over 25, 000 Kentucky households are defined as crowded or severely crowded by housing authorities.16/ Studies show a rise in crowded housing often correlates with an increase in number of foreign-born.17/,18/

Solid Waste: Kentucky generates 1.34 tons of solid waste per capita.19/
