Many Teachers of Spirit

Many teachers of spirit still say that spirit is unknowable by the intellect! For example, Jiddu Krishnamurti, a well-known modern spiritual philosopher said, "Truth is a pathless land." This is a poetic way of saying that spirit is felt in tune with nature's fullness that is everything happening at once right now, not the way you follow a footpath one step at a time. You just come in tune with nature all over at once and you are there in spirit without speech or thinking, humming a tune, or writing.
You can't get spirit by following word for word what is spoken or written. You get spirit by sensing the "spirit" that's "behind" the "inspired" writing or the talk of a spiritual teacher. That is the "pathless land" that can't be traversed along a linear path.
You feel spirit under the starry night sky as all the stars are bright at once. You feel spirit under the blue sky at noon as all the sky is blue at once. You feel spirit in a cloudburst as all the raindrops are popping and slapping everything at once. Billions of drummers, not just one, are drumming all at the same time. You feel spirit when all these inputs register on you because you're not preoccupied with some distracting object, sense, idea, or feeling.
My job is to help you get spirit as easily as possible. This enables more people to get spirit and help others get spirit! So I teach a new understanding which is quite simple and direct.
You can get lots of spirit by exposing yourself to lots of nature's intense nonlinear inputs all over your body at once. A good place to do this is at the beach where nature's intense inputs can be felt on your skin, in your ears, and in your eyes as well. You can get an intense exposure to various cosmic energies coming from the sky, from the roaring surf, and from the warm sand. You learn to relax and stop the linear inputs that follow a line or path. Soon you are in Krishnamurti's pathless land of truth.
You shouldn't just take my word for this! Go learn meditation from a meditation teacher. Then apply meditation at the beach where you can relax and absorb the cosmic energies in your ears, on your skin, and in your eyes. Be sure you get a good suntan first, and if possible learn to be a safe and sane sungazer. There are sugazer teachers you can learn from. These techniques will allow you to maximize your exposure to the cosmic inputs that bring you quickly to the sense of spirit.
There is risk in sunbathing and in sungazing, so you need to study about these subjects and learn from a competent teacher. If you are sensitive to sunlight you shouldn't force yourself to learn sunbathing or sungazing. You can still get spirit without exposing yourself to a lot of sunshine. I don't personally recommend that you sunbathe or sungaze.
Even so, your skin is a good channel to experience energy all over. You can soak in a hot tub or sit in a sweat lodge or sauna. Remove your clothes and feel the warmth all over. Add the sound of running water. Avoid linear inputs like music or speech. Do not stand or walk. Don't be thinking or planning. Clear your mind of all paths or lines. Receive the gift of nonlinearity all over, from all directions. This will help a new idea pop into your head. Intuition works this way, by spirit.
The youthful mind works by intuition and gets a new idea. Older people might want each idea to be true and provable. The youthful mind is less rational and less verbal. The original mind is intuitive and creative. A good problem-solver keeps a creative mind, and stays youthful. This may be why the prophets intuitively saw the peacemaker-Messiah as a "little child." Intuition painted this visionary picture. I’ve explained the reasons why. Notice that we don't need to believe in a supernatural or personal "God" to understand spirit, intuition, and the peacemaker-Messiah. The truth is buried here in Krishnamurti's "pathless land." idea like a treasure chest for us to dig up and open.
All the gurus and other spiritual teachers get their students to clear their minds of linearity- lines of music, plans, recipes, formulas, sentences, schemes, and other paths. Attention to linear processing is given up. This opens the attention up to the cosmos and enables a person to get the sense of union and brightness that mystics talk and write about so much. The basic truth is, though, that talking and writing and reading words and listening to talk is a block against spirit and the unitive sense. A good teacher makes this clear at the outset. Long rambling speeches or articles are a distraction.
Each one of my articles is a single thread that runs through a network composed of many other threads. The nonlinear network is like a screen or fabric that one essay can't produce. Not even ten essays can produce the filter! By reading a great many of my essays you might intuit what my work is. Your intuition still might be wrong! The goal is to integrate your intuition with your other faculties of intelligence. The whole nonlinear network is your whole nervous system and your whole intelligence. When intuition hits you and spirit runs through you, you will be cleansed, purified and uplifted.
