Discover A Touch Of Romance At Disney World Resorts and Theme Parks
This is, after all, home to some of the world's most famous romances: Cinderella and Prince Charming, Lady and the Tramp, Beauty and the Beast, and America's sweethearts, Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse.
A romantic at heart, I can spot other couples, who like my husband and I, have discovered the magic of romance at Walt Disney World Resorts. Why Disney? What is it about Walt Disney World Resort that brings people back year after year? In a word, Discovery! Every time we visit the Walt Disney World Resort we experience something new, discover something we missed, and share magical moments with those we love.
Then there are the spontaneous moments of romance like the one we witnessed during our recent visit. In the spring Walt Disney World Resort is home to the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival. Everywhere you look you’ll find beautiful flowers and topiaries, in addition to exhibits and presentations presented by professionals in the field. It was in Mexico, located in the World Showcase in Epcot we spotted a couple with a photographer. Thinking on the spot, this creative photographer used her imagination and what nature provided her to shoot a magical photo of the couple.
In this Year Of A Million Dreams Disney Parks in Florida and California are honoring their guests by surprising them at random with their dreams; Dreams Big, Small and In-between.
For a special evening, surprise your loved one with a romantic dinner for two at Victoria & Albert's at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Combining Royal Doulton china, Cristofle silver and personalized menus, Victoria & Albert's is the "crown jewel" of the Grand Floridian's dining destinations. Soft harp music fills the air as "maids" and "butlers" provide stellar service to each of the 18 tables in the intimate dining room. Ladies also receive a longstemmed red rose.
For the ultimate romantic experience, an evening at the Chef's Table is unsurpassed. Couples are seated at a table in Victoria & Albert's kitchen and treated to a culinary feast custom tailored to their specific tastes by Chef Scott Hunnel.
