The scumbag who was wearing the Frosty costume, Kevin Michael Walsh, 52, was arrested at a Christmas parade and charged with assault and disorderly conduct.
There were a lot of children at the Christmas parade, and they must have been psychologically damaged for life when they witnessed Frosty kick a police dog and then take off his Frosty head and pummel a police officer with it.
This creep committed the unpardonable sins of defiling the character of Frosty, scaring children, and abusing a dog. Walsh should spend the next few Christmases behind bars. Walsh was on probation for a prior conviction of disorderly conduct, he doesn't deserve any mercy from the criminal justice system.
