Not everyday do you bump into a person who is almost perfect for you. Such miracles take place only once in a while. So when you meet someone like this, don't let them go just like that. If they are that interesting, they are definitely worth a shot right? You met someone special. What next? Just follow these simple steps and you can never go wrong.
First of all, if you have not already been introduced to them, then get this done. Ask a mutual friend to introduce the two of you. Asking a friend to get you introduced to them is safe and it will also be easier this way. It also won't make things very obvious to them. However, ask your friend to do it as casually as possible. When your friend introduces you to them, seem confident. Make sure you have got your magnificent 'award winning' smile to lure them. Next, talk to them. It's no use only being introduced to them. Once the introduction stage is crossed, you can start a conversation with them. This is the most crucial and challenging stage. If they like you when they are introduced to you, they themselves may initiate a conversation. Make sure your conversation is good enough to keep them interested. Only if they enjoy communicating with you, will they wish to meet you again. So, carefully talk about things that will interest them. Don't talk too fast and stay calm. Keep the conversation going but don't just go on talking. Listen to them as well and keep the conversation balanced. The best way to keep the conversation going is never to ask yes and no questions. Talk about a topic only if your convinced that they also want to talk about it. A good sense of humor will be a bonus here. If you are blessed with it, use it to your advantage.
