As the saying goes, "the key to success is often the ability to adapt." On Thursday, October 27, 2011, Ostrofe Financial Consultants, Inc. and ICON will put this saying into practice when they team up to host a "global perspective" free portfolio allocation seminar designed to show investors strategies for better managing their investment portfolios.

Drew Larson, ICON Regional Vice President, and Allen Ostrofe, President of Ostrofe Financial Consultants, Inc., will speak about the importance of utilizing a "tactical asset rotation" in order to diversify ones stock portfolio and capitalize on the strengths of the global stock market.

"Thinking globally is not a new investment concept but, in our ever-changing marketplace, it is more important than ever that investors carefully consider both domestic and international opportunities," said Ostrofe. "Portfolio diversification is one of the most effective ways to minimize risk and increase efficiencies."

The practice of "global tactical rotation" takes advantage of opportunities in an actively moving market, rotating in and out of certain investments based on a risk / return evaluation.

The portfolio allocation seminar is free and open to the public but space is limited and reservations are required. For more information or to RSVP, contact Patty Lum at Ostrofe Financial Consultants, Inc.: (530) 273-4425 or patty.lum@natplan.com.
