Secret to World Peace human harmony discovered, but being kept from us by the Military Industrial Elected Official Complex global elite for their warmongering profits.

The answer to the problem of hate and war has such a simplistic solution it is inconceivable great minds of the world have not figured this out. We have struggled for years to define the path to world peace and democracy for everyone and failed miserably time and time again.
One drunken, half-naked, dope head, party girl beauty queen after another has defined it as their goal to pursue world piece if they should ever win the crown of Miss America, Miss Universe, Miss World or any other beauty crown. They have all come up short and lacking in the search for this goal that has eluded mankind since the beginning of time.
Many of our wisest philosophers just gave up and accepted inevitability of war and the inability of people to get along with each other. American founding fathers warned of the dangers of war and its destructive impact on liberty.
James Madison, April 20, 1795 “Of all the enemies to public liberty, war is, perhaps, the most to be dreaded because it comprises and develops the germ of every other. War is the parent of armies; from these proceed debts and taxes. And armies, and debts, and taxes are the known instruments for bringing the many under the domination of the few. Its influence in dealing out offices, honors, and emoluments is multiplied; and all the means of seducing the minds, are added to those of subduing the force of the people. Yet the world has been immersed in one war after another. The greatest wars of all were the first and second world wars. At any one time there may be 100 or more conflicts around the globe.
The only leaders who came close to discovering the tools needed to end war and personal conflict were the ones who defined the MAD policy. The answer to nuclear annihilation was Mutually Assured Destruction. That policy has for years prevented the use of those terrible nuclear weapons and assured peace from the underground shelter salesmen.
This basic principle of mutually assured destruction between potential combatants can be used to end human conflict on the most personal and individual scale. This is an objective that can only be achieved with one world government under the control of the global elite. The problem with this is they will not let us be a party to the solution. They want to be the ones in control so they maintain power over us. President Eisenhower was the first to warn of the evils of this group.

The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist. 1961 note: In the penultimate draft of the address, Eisenhower initially used the term military-industrial-congressional complex, and thus indicated the essential role that the U.S. congress plays in the propagation of the military industry. But, it is said, that the president chose to strike the word congressional in order to placate members of the legislative branch of the federal government. My close friend, Mark M., told me after many years of studying this issue of permanent peace and end to human conflict he decided the best course of action was to assure each individual in the world had the same power of life and death over each and every other individual in the world.
He thought about how this could be accomplished using the same meritorious policy of MAD and decided it can be easily realized by providing everyone in the world with one simple right. That right was to be able to shoot anyone they choose for any reason or no reason at all.
This right of course had to be subjected to reasonable limitations in order to keep a tight rein on number of killings one individual might undertake. The obvious limit to provide needed ability to kill at will and at the same time restrict the number of killings to a reasonable number would be six. Everyone in the world would be given the freedom to kill six people without concern about judicial retribution. Six free kills.
To assure the kills were legitimately covered under the policy it was decided the murders could only be accomplished with a hand gun of sufficient size and power to assure a clean kill with one shot. Nothing less than a 9 millimeter could be used.
At birth each person in the world would be given an identification number not unlike our social security numbers. That same number would be stamped on the non transferable bullets and their freely provided handgun in such a manner they could not be altered or disfigured. Any attempt to do so would cause them to explode injuring or killing the person attempting the alteration.
The individual right provided each individual at birth would be the non transferable right to kill anyone they chose with one of their bullets. The bullets are designed to come with a small tag to be placed on the deceased to show it was a legally authorized killing.
Say for instance, you are cut off in traffic by some idiot who pulls in front of you. All that needs to be done if you so choose is to pop a cap in his butt, get out and tag the body and go on. However, you must realize the person you plan to kill also has the same number of bullets as you at birth and may choose to shoot you if he hasn’t used all of his up yet. That is the beauty of the MAD SIX BULLET PEACE PLAN.
Those who violate the rules are killed for free on sight by anyone as soon as police officers recognize violation of the rules. If a non authorized kill is made for what ever reason, there is no trial, just immediate execution. No tags on the body then you get shot.
Since the bullets and rights to kill are non transferable there will be no black market in sale and purchase of killer bullets and no one is immune from being killed. We could shoot the head of the bank or any elected official we thought we wanted to shoot. This system ends the military industrial elected official control over war.
There may be a rash of killings at the beginning but estimates indicate they would be much less than what is experienced in world conflicts now. The world will finally see the promise of peace in our time become a reality. Just imagine how responsive our elected officials will be when they have the threat of death hanging over their head.
