Entrepreneurial leaders do not have a mindset that adapts to
failure. Things go wrong, of course, but entrepreneurs don´t
call them "failures" they call them "glitches, mistakes,
bungles, setbacks", but not failing.

The Simply Thick recall was first publicized in this May FDA report. Shrader & Associates believes that Simply Thick is conducting its own investigation in an attempt to limit their liability with respect to children who are sick. One source tells Shrader & Associates that representatives from Simply Thick are calling consumers who have purchased the product asking if their children are healthy and if not, what symptoms the children do have. These representatives are also asking if these consumers are seeking legal advice or if they have hired an attorney. "These families are under no obligation to answer questions or even speak with representatives of SimplyThick®," said Ross Stomel, the Partner at Shrader & Associates who is heading up the Product Recall Team. "This company is making healthy kids sick and sick kids even sicker."
