The High Cabal

I received a letter from a Psychologist friend who wondered about Bush's behavior.

Bush has no power. He is totally controlled. It is his handlers that are calling the shots. Bush has the IQ of a kosher dill pickle. Bush covered the duplicity of our government in the 9/11 tragedies.

Nothing about that incident makes sense. The evidence is overwhelming: Every third story in those buildings was wired with explosives. This was confirmed to me personally by a well-placed intelligence officer; and a building which was never hit, (Tower 7) collapsed for no apparent reason. The nifty destruction and collapse, in place, of those majestic towers, to the exclusion of any other damage staggers belief, and was an engineering feat--accomplished by, and very quickly cleaned up before the debris would give the evidence by--the same folks who brought us the Oklahoma City bombing, so-called. I have a tape of firemen in the station house describing the curious occurrence of rapidly progressive detonations, working their way downward, just before the towers collapsed.) There was not one shred of evidence for the presence of an airplane or its parts in the attack on the Pentagon, which was hit by a missile.

The same folks are behind the attacks in London. Same cast of characters. Purpose is to bail Blair out as the truth is coming out. More attacks, more panic, more unreasoning trust in our leaders. The anthrax attacks, which were curiously isolated events, were trial balloons. That's why they weren't repeated. The anthrax was weaponized. The only people who can do this are our government scientists. The London attacks occurred the very day--or day after--London was awarded the Olympics, thus adding to its theatric effect. In all likelihood this will have a ripple effect, one of which will be capitulation to our government in the face of a rapidly unpopular war in Iraq.

We have a cast of fascists--John Negroponte, John Bolton, Alberto Gonzales--armed and abetted by the Patriot Act, which is on the verge of being legislated as permanent law, will effectively gut the Constitution. With the retirement of Justice Sandra Day O'Connor (for no specific reason,) The Cabal will control the courts--just like in Germany. The National Guard is being empowered to spy on civilians (recent news, not an opinion.) They will be the troops for control, thus avoiding the provisions of the Posse Commutates Act. Our Second Amendment has been rendered impotent by a recent arbitrary federal decision that "a militia" means existing police forces. It was this--not the right of individuals to bear arms, per se--that was the real target. Our troops will remain overseas as part of world control.

The federal government is on the verge of nationalizing the California penal system. This, taken with comparable problems in all-penal systems, will place the prison systems in the hands of the federal government.

A few weeks ago Bush stated publicly that he would not recognize the Geneva Convention. He does not recognize the International Court of the Hague. Some time later, he announced that he would renege on a prior understanding that the Internet central computer banks--six in number, to have been turned over to international control--will remain under his control. Armed with this and draconian punishments for non-violent offenses, this country--if not the world--will become one immense gulag.

Oliver Stone had it right when he showed in “JFK” that our country runs on petroleum as our major import, and war as our major export. The Spanish American War was started by a known lie--that "The Maine" had been sunk in Havana harbor by "terrorists." The First World War was started--precipitated--by a carefully planned event, the assassination of the Archduke Francis of Serbia, which plummeted the world into war, and the harsh repatriations extracted from Germany insured World War II. The Viet Nam War was started by a lie---an alleged attack in The Gulf of Tonkin on "The Pueblo," of which Commander Bucher was the skipper. The Iraqi conflicts were started with a known lie--namely that Iraq was if not responsible for 911, still was harboring nuclear intentions.

I believe that Hitler's rise to power was financed by Bush's grandfather, Prescott Bush. (Available search information.) The "Nazi experiments," which were started here before the war, were then expropriated to Germany, hidden under the blanket of world war. (Who can finance an experimental program during armed hostilities?) The missile program is well known. What was not well known were the mind control experiments (MK Ultra) led by General Ehrhart Gehlin, who, together with Von Braun and other other criminals, were silently brought back to this country (Operation Paperclip) to continue their respective programs. I myself was a victim of Dr. William Jennings Bryan, the notorious hypnotist, known as "Dr. Fingers," of CIA fame. I tried to get my files released through the FOIA, but I was refused. No information was given as to why.

In Las Vegas, win or lose, the bank always wins. In international politics, it is the same. Before WWII, Winston Churchill made a strange statement. He said, "I fear that ill winds and The High Cabal shall determine our fate." He knew only too well. After WWII, General Dwight D. Eisenhower warned of "the military-industrial complex." He knew what Churchill knew.

The enormous popularity of such terms as "conspiracy buffs," and the like, are fostered and encouraged as part of a massive disinformation program. We are to believe that the actions of some lone lunatic can overcome careful security, whereas the idea of a well-organized and elaborate operation is to be regarded as nutty. When I asked one of my contacts about the Kennedy assassination (take your pick) he replied, "Oh, that was one of the best joint operations we ever pulled off."

The history of the world is written by a few cynical men in back rooms. The control of the world is—and has been--by families and their business (read--“corporate”) connections—such as the Bush, bin-Laden and Hussein families, which have been in business together for over thirty-five years. Osama is safer than are you or I.
