The Regulator vs. Jebediah Blackhawk: The Regulator was on his way back to action in CCW, returning from the shoulder injury he reportedly sustained at the hands of Blackhawk following a professional arm wrestling exhibition. Over the last few weeks, the big man has more than went out of his way to make life miserable for Blackhawk, and in a sling, no less! Attacking tag team partners and costing Blackhawk matches, Regulator was now seeking to become a more hands-on complication in the life of his opponent tonight. This explained perfectly the all-business look on Jeb's face as he made his way to the ring for what was sure to be a bitterly-contested grudge match!

It was a battle of wills at the opening bell, with Regulator working Blackhawk into the corner, only to have him escape before any harm could come his way. Where at first, the Regulator did not succeed, the second go-around proved just as futile, as Blackhawk slipped by Regulator once again. Jeb looked to set his own pace for the match, arm dragging the big man from Detroit back and forth across the ring until a hard right to the throat put Regulator back into the driver's seat.

From this point, the Regulator's game plan was crystal-clear- zero in on the shoulder of Blackhawk, driving him into the corner before using the ropes to increase his leverage and further soften up Jeb. Grounding Blackhawk but keeping the pressure on, Regulator dumped him to the outside, and that's where Regulator's true intention were revealed! A masked man emerged from the back, taking full advantage of the interference Regulator was running with referee Jeremy MacKenzie and driving Blackhawk viciously into the ringpost! This assault would be the final straw for Blackhawk, who was unable to beat MacKenzie's ten count, giving the victory to The Regulator! Following the match, as he watched Blackhawk try to regain his bearings, Regulator asked Blackhawk if he thought that was how he'd felt after the arm wrestling brawl. Before heading to the back to celebrate his win, Regulator let Jeb know that this was how it was going to be from now on...every week, the big man was going to come back "to get a little more" of Blackhawk!

Winner of the Match: The Regulator, by Count-out.

Commissioner Chris Alexander then made his way to the ring, calling out Randy Royal of The Overnight Males. Cutting to the chase, Alexander thanked Royal for the assist last week when Vic the Bruiser was trying to send a definite message to the Commissioner! Needing someone to step up in the face of the wave of destruction the CCW Heavyweight Champion has cast over the promotion, Alexander put the offer out to Royal.

No one in the audience could have anticipated Royal's response, however. Royal said he knew this was going to happen the second Vic entered CCW, and if something was not done, eventually somebody was going to be hurt badly, going so as to compare it to feeding Christians to the lions! Putting the ball back in Alexander's court, Royal said since the Commissioner was the one who brought Vic the Bruiser in, it was going to have to be up to him to fire him, and that is what it would take to stop him! Going through a frightening laundry list of injuries sustained in previous encounters with Vic, Royal apologized, but he said if Alexander was looking for someone to step up, it was not going to be him!, as he simply did not need that right now! Royal is waiting for partner K-Lo to return from a brief hiatus, so they can resume their hunt for the CCW Tag Team titles, and as Vic has shown thus far, feuding with him is not usually conducive to a long and healthy run, at least not in the short term sense in Classic Championship Wrestling!

Cujo (w/Felony Foxx) vs. Kliff Hanger: Back in action in CCW and accompanied, as always, by the dangerously beautiful Felony Foxx, The Baddest Dog in the Yard was out to punctuate that moniker with a big win over Kliff Hanger. "The Black Redneck" has been on a bit of rebound as of late, and the intent on getting back into the thick of the title chase showed through as Kliff made his way to the ring. Kliff has always marched to the beat of his own drummer, but tonight it seemed that drummer was carrying a more serious beat. Taken into the corner on the opening tie-up, Kliff shoved Cujo back a step, hard, in lieu of a clean break. Perhaps wanting to send a message, Kliff then took Cujo into the corner, waiting until he'd taken a step out to shove him hard again!

Working Kliff to the ropes by way of a handful of hair, Cujo never got the chacne to follow through, as his opponent came out swinging, landing forearms, chops, and a big elbow for the first near-fall of the match-up! Seizing control of the match, Kliff Hanger would keep the heat constant, using a back suplex and a fallaway back body drop to score two more quick near-falls! Felony Foxx, who has never been considered mere window dressing (though I could imagine the ass-kicking she would dish out were that ever to happen), would make her presence known shortly thereafter, distracting Kliff, leading to a chase around the ring from the Black Redneck. Foxx only escaped by the skin of her teeth, but the plan allowed Cujo to regroup and blast Kliff as he re-entered the ring, following that up with a back body drop to pick up a near-fall of his own. From there, it became Cujo's strategy to target the left arm of Kliff, pausing just long enough to crush him in the corner with a brutal splash!

Confidently proclaiming the match was "over," Felony Foxx seemed hard to argue with as Cujo connected with a huge sidewalk slam nearly the second she was done talking! Switching from an armbar to using the ropes to maximize the leverage, Cujo was testing the limits of Kliff's arm, as well as the limits of referee Jeremy MacKenzie. As MacKenzie tried to keep Cujo in check, on the outside, Felony Foxx was taking sadistic joy in continuing the attack on Kliff! Trying to rally back, Kliff landed a shoulder block and a pair of hard right hands before Cujo shut him down with a big forearm. As big a head of steam as Cujo was building, no one saw Kliff strike out, perhaps running on instinct, and connect with the Koal Miner Kick to gain the pin in shocking finish! That may not be the correct phrase, but the look on Foxx's face...yeah, that's what we call shock!

Winner of the Match: Kliff Hanger, by pinfall

For the #1 Contendership to the CCW Tag Team Championship: Guido Andretti & Blackheart #1 vs. Chris Chaos & Kousin Krazy vs. The HNIC (Apollo & JB Thunder): In a three-way tag team match featuring two makeshift tandems, it seemed to be the HNIC's match to lose. The odd men out in this encounter appeared to be Chris Chaos and Kousin Krazy, a definite contrast in styles as compared to Guido Andretti and Blackheart #1, both seasoned tag team wrestlers and accomplished brawlers, to boot. One could only imagine the chore referee Jeremy MacKenzie had in front of him keeping order in this match!

Chaos and JB Thunder started the match off, but where JB was ready to brawl away, Chaos was more than ready to mount his own offense, nearly ending it early after hitting a running elbow for a two-count! Tagging in Kousin Krazy, the fans would get a kick out of the following sequence of events, as first Krazy confounded Apollo before tagging in Blackheart #1, who would then dart across the ring to tag in JB Thunder, leaving both members of the HNIC facing each other as the legal men in the match-up! Looking bewildered momentarily, threatening to actually lock-up before dodging at the last second to tag in Chris Chaos and Blackheart #1. Picking almost where he left off, Chaos grounded the masked man with a waistlock takedown and floatover, swarming Blackheart #1 and driving him from the ring.

Blackheart would fight his way back into the math, but just when Chris Chaos thought he had his opponent where he needed him, JB Thunder, who had entered on a blind tag, well...blindsided him. Adding a running senton for a near fall, the HNIC were now back to the classic section of their playbook, working over Chaos briefly before bringing in Guido Andretti. Andretti, obviously feeling the rainy weather, took it out on Chaos by delivering some chops stiff enough to be heard on Northwestern Parkway out in front of the CCW Arena! The teams of Andretti/Blackheart and the HNIC were definitely interested in keeping Chaos on their side of the ring, no difficult task considering the four-on-one advantage they were working with. Unceremoniously dumped the ring, Chaos received even more beatdown courtesy of Blackheart #1 and the HNIC.

Wrestling on fumes, Chaos sparked to life, slugging it out with the masked Blackheart and then spiking him with a crisp DDT, leaving both men in dire straits trying to make it to their corners! As Blackheart #1 brought JB Thunder back into the match, Chaos finally managed to tag in Kousin Krazy! Going...uh, crazy, he cleaned house with a flurry of clotheslines, prompting Guido Andretti to call it an evening early, as he headed to the back. I guess he figured Blackheart #1 had things well in hand. Throwing it into overdrive, the HNIC would dispose of Chris Chaos and Blackheart #1, turning their attention to Kousin Krazy, overwhelming him and ultimately hooking him up for the N**** Please! legdrop to earn the HNIC a Tag Team title shot!

Winner of the Match: The HNIC, when JB Thunder pinned Kousin Krazy.

Taking to the microphone, Apollo took great care and deliberation to remind the CCW faithful once again just exactly who (in their opinion) runs Portland and CCW! While this was going on, JB Thunder spied Jefferson County Deputy Mike McCauley, there to help promote CCW's big F.O.P. Lodge Scholarship Fundraiser event April 13, and then the criminal intent flared up! Grabbing McCauley, JB threw the deputy into the ring where, after menacing him briefly with the ball bat, took him to the canvas with a hard shot to the ribs! This brought out Deputy Dog, who hit the ring with surprising agility for a big man, forcing a hasty retreat from the #1 contenders! Fed up with their antics since the April 13 show was announced, he formally invited the two of them to appear on the event, even telling them to make sure they "put their dresses on!" The collision between Deputies Dog and McCauley and The HNIC was inevitable, and now that Apollo and JB Thunder have fired the first shot, it may just be impossible to see where this is heading on the way to April 13!

While the fans were still buzzing, the familiar entrance music of Dynamite Derrick started over the speakers, quickly setting the fans to booing and screaming as "The Old School Player" made his way to the ring! With all the controversies Derrick's been involved in over the last few months, tonight on Derrick's plate was the masked stranger that had been making his life a living hell in the last couple weeks. Calling Marcus to ringside, Derrick swore up and down that the stranger was none other than Matt Maverick, his one-time tag team partner, and demanded something be done about the situation! Clearly amused by the irritation the former CCW Heavyweight Champion was suffering, Marcus in turn swore up and down that he did not know who the masked stranger was, only that it was not Matt Maverick. In fact, all Marcus was willing to say was that it was someone who knew Derrick very well! Perhaps picking up on his skepticism, Marcus said that it was all good, if Derrick wanted Matt Maverick, he could have him. Calling for Maverick's entrance music, Marcus ordered the one-on-one match on the spot!

Dynamite Derrick vs. Matt Maverick: Attacking from behind, Derrick had every intention of either exposing Maverick down the road as the masked stranger, or beating a confession from Maverick, guilty or innocent! Firing back, Maverick would use a drop toe hold to trigger a rally that only served to show Dynamite Derrick that this was not going to be as cut and dried as his assumptions regarding the masked stranger. Regaining his bearings, Dynamite Derrick battered Maverick back across the ring with hard chops, right hands, and irish whips to the corners. Looking to take away some of Maverick's speed and center of gravity by targeting his lower back, Derrick employed a backbreaker and a hard knee as a set-up for a huge vertical suplex for a two-and-a-half count. Keeping the cruise control set on the back of Matt Maverick, Derrick was momentarily sidetracked by a sunset flip for two, but was back in the lead in no time, landing a back heel kick and sidewalk slam to even gain enough leeway to jaw with the fans a bit!

Every time Maverick seemed to catch a second, third, or fourth wind, the fans would be denied, as Derrick showed the resilience that has made the Old School Player a major player in the Kentuckiana wrestling scene. Taking a couple of rights from Maverick, Derrick drove him into the corner, but telegraphed his intentions, as he caught an elbow on the way back in. Shrugging that off, Derrick hit a textbook spinebuster, drawing another two count from referee Jeremy MacKenzie. Stalking around the ring, Dynamite Derrick was growing more and more frustrated, taking Maverick off the ropes, only to have his opponent counter and hit a diamond cutter!

Battling back to score another spinebuster, Derrick locked in a sharpshooter, looking to put this match to bed, making sure MacKenzie was checking Maverick to use the ropes for additional leverage. Things were going very well for Derrick at this point in the match, and apparently, that was all the masked man stranger could tolerate, as in an instant he was at ringside, breaking Derrick's hold on the ropes! Shocked and furious, Derrick began arguing away with the stranger, but unbeknown to Derrick, Maverick was recovering just enough to see what was going on, sneaking up behind Derrick on his hands and knees. The plan seemed obvious enough, at least to the masked stranger, who then pushed Derrick backwards over the waiting Maverick, who scored the three count on the roll-up!

Winner of the Match: Matt Maverick, by pinfall.

Infuriated, Dynamite Derrick demanded the masked stranger in the ring, but Marcus returned to ringside to order a compromise. Now, added to the already-packed April 13 F.O.P. fundraiser card, will be Dynamite Derrick vs. the masked stranger, and if the Old School Player wins, the stranger will have to unmask and reveal his identity! With Derrick hell bent on revenge and the answer to the riddle as well, expect this match to shake the very walls of Male High School on Friday, April 13!

CCW Tag Team Champion Vito Andretti & Damien Divine (w/Karma) vs. "Smooth" Johnny Spade & The Prophet: The animosity between O'Dell Enterprises and "Smooth" Johnny Spade and The Prophet has quickly become the most bitterly contested feud of the year in CCW, and with Mickey O'Dell and Vito's Fat N Furious partner-in-crime Jack Black riding suspensions due to unpaid fines levied by Commissioner Chris Alexander, it was up to Vito Andretti and Damien Divine, along with the beguiling Karma to notch another big win at the expense of "Smooth" Johnny Spade and The Prophet tonight!

Before the match could even begin, however, Vito was already trying to cover his tracks, and with Damien Divine, no less! Explaining his sudden departure on a "family emergency," which involved a sick hamster, Vito reassured the still a little skeptical Divine that he had his back, 110%!

Starting out, Prophet and Divine were battling hold for hold, with the Cherokee warrior keeping the upper hand and tagging in Spade. A shoulder block highlighted the considerable size and strength advantage of Damien over Spade, but persistance has always been one of Spade's dominant traits, and the third time would prove to be the charm, as the big man finally toppled from the continuous assault. Vito would hit the ring, but that only fired up Spade even more, as all he has wanted in the last several weeks is to get his hands on Vito! Scoring a big boot to the face and a pair of rights, Divine Irish-whipped Spade hard into the corner, only to catch a boot of his own on the follow-through. Hitting a middle rope forearm, Spade tagged Prophet back in, who would fire off a couple of forearms, countering a big splash from Divine and using it to his advantage, nailing a blockbuster to leave Divine reeling as he tagged Spade back in for action!

Unfortunately for Spade, a resilient Divine locked in a big German suplex to put his team squarely in control. With Karma adding an assist at ringside, the trio abused Spade to the limits, choking away on him before dumping him to the floor and a go-around with the boots of Karma. She may only weigh about a buck twenty, but judging by the look on Spade's face, she was definitely getting her money's worth from the kicks! Prophet was always just a step away from intervening, but Andretti and Divine were doing a masterful job of using referee Jeremy MacKenzie to run interference for them as the mugging continued! Spade rallied for a heartbeat, but Vito crushed the comeback with a thundering spear, nearly taking Spade from his boots! Andretti and Divine would then pick up quick near-falls, with Divine growing more aggressive on each entry to the ring. Blasting Spade with a forearm and going to a rear chinlock, the big man continued to pound and grind on his smaller opponent, smothering him with offense. Splashing Spade again in the corner, Divine then went to a camel-clutch style maneuver, pausing to quickly drop his weight down on the back. Divine would go to the well one time too many, as Spade managed to flip over and get his knees up, stopping Divine in his tracks, to say the least! Making it back to friendly ground, Divine brought Vito back in, going around the horn stomping away on Spade, who had to be running on fumes by this point. Meanwhile, Karma found herself dealing with a raucous crowd trying to will Spade back into the match!

Taking to the microphone, Vito arrogantly called for all the fat women in the audience to "start singing," because this match was over! Planting Spade with two big bodyslams, the third time would not be the charm, as Spade escaped to hit a last-gasp dropkick, finally making it to his corner and tagging in The Prophet! Taking the fight to both men, Prophet brought them right back into the match, as a double flapjack for Vito followed a double clothesline, leading Jack Black and Mickey O'Dell to the ring! Clobbering Spade with his trademark briefcase, O'Dell couldn't have set it up any better if he tried!

Winner of the Match: Vito Andretti and Damien Divine, by pinfall.

Absolutely beside himself at the way the match went down, Johnny Spade angrily demanded Black and O'Dell in the ring, but as Mickey O'Dell was all too willing to point out to Spade and Chris Alexander, who had just arrived to confront O'Dell Enterprises and the Fat N The Furious, under the terms of their suspension, until the outstanding fine is paid off, they can't return as yet! Without a single word or a second thought, Spade rushed to the back, producing his checkbook and paying O'Dell and Black's fine on the spot! Surprised to say the least, Alexander reinstated both men, only to let O'Dell know that they will be involved in a match with Johnny Spade for next Tuesday night!

Main Event - Elmore Fudd (w/Mrs. Elma Fudd) vs. Randy Royal: With the wins he's been picking up lately, one could only speculate on the level of confidence Elmore Fudd's packing these days as he made his entrance, along with Mrs. Fudd, for main event action against Randy Royal. Royal didn't look like he was giving the events from earlier in the night a second thought, focusing instead on Fudd, notorious for stealing wins from out of nowhere. Familiar with Royal's reputation as well, Fudd started out strong, using a waistlock takedown to try and gain the early advantage, blocking Royal's attempt for the same with an elbow.

Regrouping, Royal caught fire, driving Fudd from the ring with arm drags, hip tosses, and a dropkick. Fudd would not find much success upon returning to the ring, as Royal would score four consectutive near-falls in quick fashion. Sensing the trouble Elmore was in, Elma Fudd went into action, attempting to trip Royal, taking just enough of his attention for Elmore to strike and regain control of the match-up. Choking Royal on the ropes, in turn with Elma on the outside of the ring, Fudd was firing on all cylinders, and using a variety of offensive shots and holds to punish Royal and make him expend even more energy. After gaining another near-fall, Fudd decided to turn the cover for home, locking in a sleeper hold, but after weakening, a quick-thinking Royal dropped down with a jawbreaker, buying himself some valuable time as both men were left stunned on the canvas!

Both men managed to break referee Jeremy MacKenzie's ten count at five. Blocking a pair of right hands from Fudd, Royal cinched in a German suplex for a near-fall. Desperate for to make the save, Elma would draw the attention of MacKenzie by blatantly trying to place Fudd's foot on the rope! As Elma and MacKenzie argued, somehow Elmore's conniving better half managed to slip him some brass knuckles, although he would not manage to get a shot off! Blocking the final straw, Royal took Fudd to the canvas, clamping on the Indian Death Lock, and with Fudd in the center of the ring! Fudd fought for as long as he could, but pain eventually overrides pride, and ultimately, Randy Royal's hand was being raised for the victory, courtesy of a tap-out by Elmore Fudd!

Winner of the Match: Randy Royal, by submission

With tonight's line-up having concluded, CCW Heavyweight Champion Vic the Bruiser then entered from the back, his gaze locked on the suddenly apprehensize Randy Royal. Asking if they had a beef, Vic explained the way things were in CCW while he was there, littering his diatribe with personal references, each one hitting closer and closer to home for Royal! Finally having heard enough, Royal began slugging it out with Vic, who planted Royal with a spinebuster before grabbing some rope and an iron bar, looking to drive his point home to Royal about getting into "Vic's business!" Tying Royal to the bottom rope, Vic then waylaid Royal with the iron bar, prompting Chris Alexander and the locker room to flood the ring to make the save! Whether or not Royal wanted trouble again with Vic the Bruiser, it was now a moot point, as it looks like Vic has a new entry on his list!

Not done there, Vic tells Chris Alexander, who had to be restrained on more than one occasion as Vic laid down the law to the CCW stars, staff members, and even the fans in attendance, saying he was no longer "playing around!" When, exactly, Vic was playing around remains unclear, at least to this reporter!
