The Bible; The Secret & Christianity. Can they co-exist? Are these laws simply another manifestation of our Father (God) and beloved big Brother Christ Jesus?
Yes!
Before I use scripture to prove my position, I'd like to remind everyone of one thing, God is Love. When you read counter attacks to this article, ask yourself is that Love? When Oprah brought about these Laws out to the public to better peoples lives, was not that Love?
Oprah provided millions a new path back to the Fathers home. Let me share this scripture:
"Behold what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God! Therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.
Beloved, now we are the sons of God; and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: But we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure. Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.
For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another. My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed, and in truth. And hereby we know that we are of truth, and shall assure our hearts before him. For is our hearts condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things.
And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, And do those things that are pleasing in his sight."

Did you already know that your a child of God? That God loves you as much as he loves Jesus? How can I make such a bold statement, I read the red letters in the Bible in the 17th Chapter of John.
So what does this have to do with The Secret? Everything. When you hear the Law of Attraction, I want you to switch that with the word "Faith".
Faith is an unseen energy force. It is not matter, but it creates matter and actually becomes matter. The faith you use to call forth manifestation of healing or finances changes form when the manifestation takes place. That is because faith-energized words converts to energy to matter [quantum physics] Words are the catalysts that turn the substance of faith into physical manifestation. Faith is the raw material from which matter is made. Hebrews 11:1 say that "faith is the substance..." It is the invisible substance from which your physical world was created.
God used faith-substance and word energy to create the universe. He spoke and word-energy to create the universe - "In The beginning was the Word and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. All things [note does all still mean all?] were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and The life was the Light of men."
John 1:1-4
The Secret does speak of the Law of Attraction and focusing on what is good, happy and true. Do they start to now seem very familiar? "Beloved, now we are the sons of God."
God used faith-substance and word energy to create the universe. He spoke and the vibrations (sounds) of his words released the substance that became the stars and planets. Just as God created the universe by faith substance and word energy (quantum mechanics) you can create your own universe by your faith (law of attraction) and your words (thoughts). If you don't like what you created you can change it.
Remember, Hebrews 11:3 says: "Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which appear."
Think of it this way. Today you eat a lovely slice of chocolate cake which was made of things which do not appear. The recipe calls for water (H20). Before the hydrogen and oxygen combined into water, you could not see anything, yet the substance for water was there. Before God spoke and said "Let there be light" , the substance for light was there. The sound vibration of His words caused the substance to manifest and appear.
In part 3 I will delve into how scientifically this actually works and will borrow heavily from Nobel Prize winning physicists Leon Lederman.
We all owe Oprah love and appreciation for being caring enough to allow other languaging to teach these beloved Biblical principles. Words and thoughts are energy and energy affects matter. The energy of your microwave vibrates the water molecules and heats the water. The energy of electricity flows to your washing machine and powers the motor that spins the tub and cleans clothes. So we can rightfully say that energy affects matter. Your words and thoughts are energy and they affect the matters in your life.
Remember Jesus said, "All things are possible to him that believeth." Mark 9:23
I ask that later you read the 17th Chapter of John. Physical laws we take for granted were superseded by the person of Jesus Christ and can be superseded by those who accept the principles of the kingdom of God. "..He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto the Father" John 14:12
By comparing quantum physics and spiritual laws, I want to present you a different way of thinking, and by doing so open a whole new avenue and understanding of the faith (law of attraction) that moves mountains.
Once again my fellow Brothers and Sisters in Christ, The Secret is simply new faith languaging. Since we are to be rooted and grounded in love, we should embrace all those who now focus on The Secret. Show them how these are biblical principles and that in order for them to truly operate, they need to know Love himself, God.
If you have time write to Oprah, let her know you're a Christian and you appreciate what she's doing in the kingdom.
Pure religion manifests itself through acts of kindness and mercy. It is not arrogant - claiming a front seat in heave - but humble before the great Whole. It unifies with all humanity and finds no great difference between saint and sinner. Such a religion as this the sad old world needs, for it is sick of pretense and would like a practical demonstration of a belief in God made manifest through good works.
I will gladly answer all questions pertaining to the Bible and The Secret.

Jesus said that whatever I bind on earth is bound in heaven and whatever I loose on earth is loosed in heaven. I now loose the blessing of God to flow into my life. I expect to be overtakes by goodness.
"I am strengthened with all might according to his glorious power. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Colossians 11:1, Philippiams 4:13
