Here is a wonderful story I curled from Napoleon Hill Classic: Think and Grow Rich that really paints the picture of what we are saying. When Henry Ford decided to produce his famous V-8 motor, he choose to build an engine with the entire eight cylinders cast in one block, and instructed his engineers to produce a design for the engine. The design was placed on paper, but the engineers agreed, to a man, that it was simply IMPOSSIBLE to cast an eight-cylinder engine-block in one piece.
Ford said, “Produce it anyway.” “But,” they replied, it is impossible!” “Go ahead,” Ford commanded, “and stay on the job UNTIL you succeed, no matter how much time is required.”
The engineers went ahead. There was nothing else for them to do, if they were to remain on the Ford staff. Six months went by, nothing happened. The engineers try every conceivable plan to carry out the orders, but the thing seemed out of the question; “impossible!”
At the end of the year, Ford checked with his engineers, and again they informed him they had found no way to carry out his orders.
Go right ahead,” said Ford. “I want it, and I will HAVE it.” The Ford determination had won again! He went a step BEYOND logical thinking and the much awaited secret was discovered! So what are you waiting for? It is your turn to BREAK your fallow ground and start WINNING.
Why have you failed in life, business or education? Or you think you can become a millionaire on a platter of gold? Cause you are not ready to pay the price.
Fear is the reverse of faith, fertilizer of failure. Rivers can still flow in your desert and there is light at the end of the tunnel. Believe in your mental power and be ready to risk to riches!
Graduate from the school of impossibilities. Delete that ten letter word - ‘impossible’ from your dictionary and be ready to walk in the air. Whatever you can CONCEIVE in your mind and BELIEVE, you can ACHIEVE!!!
Remember it is nobody’s dream but yours. Believe you have reached the apex of your turning point and desire to go higher and get ready to tell the world how you get there.
Success comes to those who are conscious of it and vice-versa. Your present income is never the best you can achieve. Do something beyond the usual, work smarter than required and see the rewards roll-in gradually like an inverted pyramid.
Want a pay rise? Need promotion? The secret is doing more and you will be paid more. Think outside the norm, take a little step higher; make GIANT leaps and dividends will follow suit.

Seek mentors who already achieve your dreams
Think and talk big that all things are achievable
