Michael Brown: How to look like a fool to a Nation

Del Williams
According to most surveys over 60% of Americans lie on their resume. Why should Michael Brown, formerly of FEMA shame, be any different? He lied and people died because he had no clue how to handle a real emergency.

The old “fake it 'til you make it” should not have been his motto; but now he is gone to make a gazillion dollars in the private sector.

Am I the only one who thinks the President should have fired this incompetent man instead of letting him resign? President Bush should have sent a loud and clear message by firing him; but oops, he nominated him. Does the phrase “egg on face” seem appropriate?

Brown padded his resume with awards, better positions, and put himself on boards. Why wasn’t he smart enough to pad his resume with organizations and jobs that no longer exist?

So he faked it for a couple of years, and now his lies caught up with him in the worst possible way. I doubt he ever visits New Orleans again, and runs from anyone named Katrina.

I should not gleam at his demise, but if you are going to lie, then do a better job at it.

Donald Trump would have fired him. Heck, I would have fired him when the water started entering New Orleans and FEMA was no where to be found.

This is a case of "stupid" being stamped all over his forehead. Hopefully, he can console himself with the overpriced speeches he will get paid for. I am thinking his first speech should be about, “How to look like a fool to a nation.” It has a certain ring to it.
