Parents Up In Arms Over High School Teacher Who Writes Romance Novels

"Some parents at a Pennsylvania school said they were upset to learn a high school English teacher has a second job writing erotic romance novels.

The parents said they recently discovered Judy Buranich, a teacher at Midd West High School in Middleburg, uses the name Judy Mays to write erotic romance novels, WNEP-TV, Moosic, reported Wednesday.

She is teaching children that are under the age of 18 and definitely the books that she is writing are adult books. I think she needs to make a decision as to what she wants to do. Either be a school teacher or author,' parent Deanna Stepp said." UPI

The kids are most likely viewing hardcore porn on the Internet, and the parents are worried about a teacher who writes old-fashioned erotic romance novels?

It shouldn't matter if the teacher has a second job as a stripper, what she does on her spare time is nobody's business. Judy can be an effective teacher and a talented writer of romance novels.

The parents should be concerned about bullying and drugs in the school; it's ludicrous to worry about a teacher who writes romance novels.

Parents should be thrilled if their children are reading erotic romance novels instead of playing video games, texting or watching porn on the Internet.

As far as I'm concerned Judy should be the Teacher of the Year!
