Loving Life and Loving My Fish Oil

So today I was sitting on the back porch, drinking my coffee and nibbling on a bagel with cream cheese, when it hit me just how lucky I am. I have a happy, healthy family. I live in a great country. I love my neighbors. The list goes on and on. I know - I'm just full of little hearts and rainbows today.

Well, as I was thinking about all these great things about my life, I started really thinking about what is at the heart of my happiness: my family. And one of the most important things for me is, not surprisingly, my family's health. So as you might imagine, I make sure that my kids and my husband take their daily dose of omega 3 fish oil to keep their hearts healthy, their immune systems hearty and their memory sound.

Sometimes they laugh at me - "Mom, you're more likely to forget stuff than I am!" - but I know that even if they are just fine right now, omega 3 fish oil is keeping them that way and building a healthy foundation for their future health as well.


So when you stop to think about it, when if I'm loving my life...I'm loving my fish oil as well. That's right: you knew I'd get there didn't you? Well, it's just undeniably the truth, and when you think about the fact that fish oil has also been linked to lower incidences of depression (frequently people with chronic depression have serious omega 3 deficiencies) it probably becomes even less surprising that my happy morning would ultimately lead me to happy thoughts of omega 3 fish oil. You just can't beat it - not even with a bagel and cream cheese. Yum...
