To: Dem----Libs, Flash “W” Isn’t Running.

Ken Hughes
It’s apparent every Democrat and some Republicans running for reelection in 2008 are running against George W Bush. Even Hillary Clinton who is married to what she considers the greatest president this country ever had is running against Bush. Not since Abe Lincoln has a president been as vilified while in office as George Bush, the man must be doing something right to have such vitriolic attacks hurled against him for so long. You can bet if he were as bad as the Democrats portray him they’d leave him to drown in his own pool of dysfunctional behavior.

From the beginning of democratic style governments politicians have needed a reason or more accurately an enemy to justify their existence. They feel the need to protect the population from their enemy’s real or imagined. Politicians have the unique ability to turn doves into predators with the wave of their magic wands and a few well spoken words and what wasn’t is, it’s a skill few men have and fewer men care to have.

More false statements have been attributed to George Bush than any president in history. His political opponents conjure up a lies and attribute them to Bush. One of the greatest examples was and is the “WMD” phobia. Democrats used the scare of Iraqis WMD’s long before Bush became president. Two of the most vehement were the boys from Massachusetts Moe and Curley, [sorry, Kerry and Kennedy.] spreading the fear of Saddams WMD’s for the Clinton administration.

Side note:] This past week I received an E-Mail suggesting Bush invaded Iraq without either UN or Congressional approval questioning why I had never pointed this out in any of my articles. The fact is the president had overwhelming approval from both the UN and Congress for the invasion of Iraq. This is one more example of how Liberals can turn a silk purse into a sow’s ear.

If Gorge Bush has a fault it’s he’s to trusting, he assignees responsibility then allows those in charge to do the job. George Bush is not a micromanager. During his term in office he’s placed far too much confidence in the bureaucracy that runs the daily functions of government. His faith may be justified in the lower level bureaucrats but it’s as misplaced as can be in those who go to any length to climb the ladder of political patronage. There’re always those persons who create any deception tell any lie turn on any friend or coworker to gain access to or continue to occupy the cushy chairs of Congress. The ultimate Washington perk is to be elected to congress it’s the final resting place for political hypocrisy, media comes a close second and lobbying the third.

Regardless of what we’re told by politicians and the media the public isn’t buying all the rhetoric surrounding George Bush’s incompetence. They see a rather robust economy although many people say they know someone whose suffering we’re hard pressed to actually find any of these people. Between the government and the public charities even the homeless in America live better than the general populations of many countries. Many countries around the world think poverty in America is a joke, they wonder how we have the audacity to complain.

George Bush has 21 months left in his presidency. To try to predict who his replacement will be this early can only be attempted by a fool or fools. The fact the media and politicians have made their choices doesn’t necessarily mean the public will follow their choices. It’s my opinion the presidential campaigning starts far too early. The public isn’t listening aside from those few who either make a vacation or avocation out of following politics. To the average citizen politics isn’t all that interesting, they elect people to take care of the workings of government and expect them to do their job. When they prove to be total failures then they replace them with the next least good person.

Don’t get me wrong I’m not saying all Democrats are stupid or uninformed but…………………….?

President who were the most severely criticized while in office have become our most revered now they’ve passed into history. Men like Abraham Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt, Harry Truman, Lyndon Johnson and Ronald Reagan. These were the presidents who made the biggest difference for the greatest good for mankind around the world. I have no doubt George Bush will join this illustrious group in time.

Washington is a land unto its self, to its residence the rest of America is merely a vast field of unlimited cash to be harvested as needed by the Washingtonians. Like the fools we are America allows them their dreams of total domination over the masses. Perhaps the Lord will take pity on us poor dumb mortals and send another of his sons down to straighten things out. Then again maybe not the son would probably be executed by the P C advocates for committing political blasphemy.
