Take The Warning Of Totalitarian Government To Local Newspapers

First the good news for those who haven't heard: On March 2, 2007, Comrade Chertoff, who heads up the Department of Fatherland Security (okay, it's "Homeland" Security) announced there will be a two year delay in implementing the "Real ID Act":
"WASHINGTON — Under siege from states and angry lawmakers, the White House on Thursday moved back a deadline to implement national driver's license standards that critics say would seriously undermine personal privacy and burden states with a hefty bill. The announcement that states could have an extra 20 months, until the end of 2009, to meet the requirements of the Real ID Act did little to ease criticism of the law from conservative activists, privacy advocates, motor vehicle departments and lawmakers."
This is a temporary victory for we the people who have made this happen. But, the Bush Administration will continue trying to strong arm and threaten states who refuse to give up their sovereignty. This delay gives citizens in states like Wyoming and others the time to contact their state reps and senators with the demand that they fix their legislation already passed because they don't address the real issue: states rights and sovereignty. The states don't need to ask Congress to repeal the Act or the state will go along with it, but not as an unfunded mandate. The bottom line is this: Congress has overstepped their legislative authority on this and they know it - which is why they made it "voluntary" with draconian consequences for those who refuse; see my column here. Tell your legislators to see these three court cases as a clear foundation (Tenth Amendment) for their outright refusal to "comply": Marbury v Madison, U.S. v Lopez and Printz/Mack v U.S.
We cannot let up on this just because Chertoff, Bush and Gonzalez have suddenly found themselves looking at a massive wall of resistance out there. This wave of resistance and activism by millions of us is how we get the job done in stopping at least one of these critical stepping stones towards totalitarian government using "the war on terrorism" as their justification for nullifying the Bill of Rights and snuffing out states rights.
In my last column, I echoed what millions feel: frustration over the continued bashing of Americans who have reasonable questions about 911. That frustration isn't just about 911, it's far more widespread than people realize and one should not make the mistake of underestimating those working to destroy this republic. The Bush Administration and the henchmen who serve him know full well there is massive unrest growing in this country. Back on March 8, 2005, Dr. Edwin Vieira wrote about the massive build up of a police state, not to protect we the people from terrorists, but to protect those who have sold this country to our enemies for piles of cash and to ensure their safety and longevity:
"The Establishment is building a domestic police state today for the purpose of deterring, cowing, and if necessary smashing this opposition tomorrow."
Let's not forget that FOX News Network darling, Oliver North, worked on a program back in 1984 under the direction of Ronald Reagan to impose martial law, suspend the U.S. Constitution and turn over control of the government to the little known agency at that time: FEMA. This plan would appoint military commanders to run state and local governments. (Remember what happened with Katrina....a trial run.) Implementation of this plan would have been triggered by violent and wide spread internal dissent, disagreement with government policy or national opposition to any U.S. military invasion abroad. Essentially, it amounted to a complete and total suspension of the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights.
A police state can only exist if law enforcement and active military (including the National Guard) are sufficiently brainwashed, along with threatened loss of their paycheck, to go along with crushing any resistance by we the people. We saw it during the protests against GATT in major cities both here and abroad. No question outside anarchists were brought in (Portand, for example) to agitate and provide a forum for violence, giving the appearance that sincere protesters to the destruction of our major job sectors were also of this ilk. Increasingly, law enforcement is becoming more and more like foreign Hessians paid to quell the unwashed masses. The hell with the Bill of Rights and all that this great republic has stood for - follow orders dressed in full SWAT and riot gear even for the most benign protest.
Of course, this mentality has been fostered by more than a decade of pimping by the ultra wealthy, Morris Dees, of the Southern "Poverty" Law Center (SPLC) and his propaganda experts conducting seminars and other brainwashing programs to convince law enforcement that Americans like me are the enemy. Many may not remember an event held in Nashville, Tennessee, August 16-20, 1999: International Association of Undercover Officers. Subject matter: Homegrown Extremists. I have the manual from that meeting with the cover sheet reading: Homegrown Extremists Sources of Information: Southern Poverty Law Center and the Anti Defamation League, among others. The manual's schedule covers topics beginning with the KKK and moving on to militias, sovereignty, white supremacists/separatists to the big kahuna: Conspiracy Theories: New world order, control of world's money, The Federal Reserve.
In this training manual for law enforcement, examples are given of homegrown extremists and what they believe in, i.e., Nation under God's Biblical laws, the Book of Revelations and jury nullification. This manual cleverly then attempts to connect groups despised by people like me (the KKK) and those who understand our rights, (jury nullification) as the real "homegrown extremists." It is tragic that so few Americans even understand their rights as a juror, much less their right of jury nullification, yet this seminar teaches that anyone who knows the law is a "homegrown extremist." Very typical of a government building a totalitarian machine against its citizens using tried and true communist propaganda. (While I did a google search, I couldn't find a copy of this manual scanned for the net. If someone has a link for this manual so everyone can read it, please send me mail and I'll link it on my sister site, Devvy's Place.) These types of seminars have been feeding the growing "us vs them" mentality of local law enforcement and it's damned dangerous to liberty and freedom. The other real question is why has the Federal Department of Justice over the years, including the BATF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms) been using private big money propaganda operations like the SPLC and the ADL to brainwash law enforcement in this country?

That column was recently run as a full page ad in a major local newspaper; the effect was instantaneous and electric. Average Americans became concerned and wanted to know more because the content of this full page running of Greg's column scared people.
I urge you to get together with friends, family and like minded people, take up a collection and get Greg's column run as a full page in your local newspaper. Obviously this won't be possible for major metropolitan cities (unless you have major financial resources), but it will work in the majority of medium to small cities and towns throughout this country. I'm working on getting it in my local newspaper (32,000 population) by talking to some businessmen here who know what's going on and have the financial resources to make this happen. This piece is powerful and if we can get it into hundreds of newspapers nationwide, believe me, it will cause a major flap and that's exactly what we need. Freedom is not a spectator sport, it takes everyone, so please get busy and make this happen in your area. If your local newspaper refuses to run this ad even though you have the funds, make sure you let them know you will never buy another issue and will put out a flyer all around town to boycott that newspaper and why. If these conglomerates want to play dirty, well, here's a news flash for them and their stockholders: so can we the people by withholding our bucks. Print that. Click on the image to enlarge.
Important: Be sure to specify you want this ad in the front of the newspaper in the A section, preferably page 3 or 5. You may pay a little extra for that but it's well worth it, otherwise they'll place the ad in the back of the newspaper where visibility will be minimal.
The next thing YOU need to do

I want YOU to attend this important, critical planning endeavor - especially if you are retired or active law enforcement, retired or active military including the National Guard. I will be there as will my friend and someone I greatly admire: former Sheriff Richard Mack. I know money and time is an issue for so many Americans, but here's how you can get there:
1. If you can afford to attend (and wisely, Greg is holding this event in the middle of the country where expenses are affordable instead of someplace like Washington, DC where you need a small fortune just for a hotel) on your own, make your reservation today. Get your vacation scheduled for July 27, 28, 29, 2007. Put in your request to your employer today.
2. If you want to attend, but cannot, either because of family, work schedule or finances, this is how you can be represented: Call your friends, family or if you belong to a group or organization. Appoint one person who can take time from work (vacation schedule for those couple of travel days) to be your eyes and ears at this event. Everyone make a donation to send one person from your area or organization. That way, even though 25 of you cannot attend, you all chip in a few bucks and pay the way for your representative to attend - hopefully a member of law enforcement or military, active or retired.
3. We know that law enforcement and military (retirees alike unless officer grade) don't make a lot of money, okay? We all know raising families runs into major bucks. If you know someone in law enforcement at any level and they are of like mind, discuss this event with them and if they would like to attend, work with family, friends and those in your group to chip in a few dollars to get this law enforcement or military individual to this event. It is vitally important that law enforcement understand they are going to be the ones asked to violate the God-given rights of Americans should things continue to degrade in this country and there is a major disruption in the economy or another staged terror attack. Get them to this conference. Let them hear Greg and other former law enforcement because what they have to say is important.
I have spoken with Greg about the agenda for this event and it's not just another talking session, it's a planning session and an education forum, and by that I mean going into detail regarding our republic, the unconstitutional assault on posse comitatus and what we as a people are going to do to correct these grievous actions against we the people. The salvation of everything we hold dear isn't going to come from Marxists like Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, nor will it come from groomed, slick mouth pieces like Mitt Romney or Rudy Guiliani. It will come from the heart and soul of Americans dedicated to restoring that which has been unlawfully taken from us by craven crooks, cowards and criminals serving in public office.
Let's get those newspaper ads running all across the country and begin the process of either attending Greg's event or funding someone in your group or a family member or friend who is active/retired law enforcement or military.
I ask you: What beats in your heart? What is important for the future of this republic? An episode of ER, another sports event on ESPN or a trip to Hawaii to guzzle flowery drinks? Freedom cannot be attained and retained by observers who place "things" or "good times" above freedom and liberty. Freedom gained and kept can only be achieved with a warrior class who will stand firm and act upon the words they speak. I will close with one of my favorite movie lines:
"Dan Scott. Barely a week ago I heard you rail for two hours about independence. Mr. Hardwick, how many times have I heard you speak of freedom at my father's table? Half the men in this church, including you father, and you, Reverend, are as ardent patriots as I. Will you now, when you are needed most, stop at only words? Is that the sort of men you are?
