Texas 5 Member Deputy Hernandez is sentenced; A Dark Day for America in a long history of dark days.

Today Monday March 19,2007 is another black day in the long history of American law enforcement. Cop Killer Johnny Sutton has managed to use full force of the Bushite Coup Department of Injustice under the able but evil control and power of Attorney General Gonzales to destroy another innocent lawman’s life. He has at his beck and call the services of all of the strongest enforcement agencies in the world, with millions of our tax dollars to do what he will to end careers of lawmen dedicated to upholding the United States Constitution.
I am sure you know Deputy Hernandez by now and know of his courageous battle to fight illegal alien drug and human trafficking that is bringing sex slaves and drugs into this country in such numbers it is making it impossible for any American citizen to live without concern for their safety.
A human trafficker attempted to run Deputy Hernandez down and the Deputy fired a single shot at the van as it was going away. He was aiming for the tire in an attempt to prevent the murderous driver from hurting someone else. His bullet fragmented and either a piece of the bullet or metal from the van hit an illegal alien invader passenger in the lip.
The Mexican Consulate, (the Mexican Invasion Fifth Column in the United States), filed a formal complaint to the United States alleging civil rights violations of the illegal alien who was struck by the metal fragment. They have now for over two decades interfered in internal United States affairs and actively involved themselves in the most sacred of our government institutions. Their illegal interference in United States government operations should result in spy charges at the minimum and long jail terms but our corrupt government promotes it. It is a part of the plan to eliminate American sovereignty and create the North American Union.
There were plenty of unfounded allegations involved in the case against the deputy. That was not unusual for those cases the Bushite Coup have brought against brother officers of the Texas 5 where fine officers of the law were railroaded by the Department of Injustice, that instances of obstruction of justice, interference in police investigations false testimony and an abundance of other outrageous acts occurred to get the Deputy convicted.
This time the Judge apparently didn’t go along with the total Bushite Coup package and only gave the deputy a sentence of one year and one day along with required restitution for damages incurred by the illegal alien invader. Cop Killer Johnny Sutton vigorously argued for a full sentence of 15 years as he has done against the other Texas 5 but failed to get it. The problem in this lighter sentence is that the officer should not have been sentenced at all. He should have been released. He is an innocent man.
Tonight Prosecutor Federal Attorney Johnny “the son of a bitch” Sutton will go home to his nice house while Deputy Hernandez languishes in jail.
Tonight, George Bush Chief Liar and Crooked Politician will sleep well in the White House bed he should not be in. He sleeps a good and sound sleep; the sleep of a man guilty of many egregious and atrocious acts but one who sleeps easily because of confidence in his power over the people governed to do as he wills.

Tonight Americans in Texas and all over the country are crying out for justice and relief from a despotic and corrupt government that has been sold to corporate globalists who care not if we live or die.
Tonight, America has lost more of the glow of the light of freedom and liberty, just enough of a loss so the whole world is a little darker because of its absence.
