Google algorithm change dominates news as Get FB Ads Free system launches for $47
Google changed their algorithm, and some sites are experiencing a 50% drop in traffic, therefore are taking quite a hit in revenue as well.
The Big G search engine has provided a forum on their Google Webmasters support page to give people space to vent and complain and pray for feedback in getting their traffic back.
According to online reports, some sites have been able to seek relief and Google has positively tweaked something to get at least one website's traffic back.
Other still wait, with reports of folks nearly in tears over the algorithm change reaching out to guys like Pat Flynn of Smart Passive Income just for advice. His sites fared fine, he reported, because they contain quality content.
And not all of the sites penalized were content farms, folks say, with really established websites suffering in the wake of the change.
Meanwhile, amidst all the algorithm change hubbub is a new launch of a product called "Get FB Ads Free," a program I discovered when I just got the email from an affiliate.
The email claimed "ex-Facebook employee reveals how to get Facebook ads free" -- so who wouldn't investigate that intriguing title?
Turns out Alex Malave and Jani Ghaffor are offering this new product, described as such on ClickBank:
GetFBAdsFree (JaniG+AlexMalave) Hottest New Offer!
Up to $488 per sale! Huge EPCs, multiple split tested conversions, sick copy, gorgeous members area, loaded with content, fulltime support staff. www.getfbadsfree.com/jv
I just refuse to put my affiliate ID in there because I don't want to promote a scam, if it is a scam.
I've been researching all I can about these guys, and have found a whole lot of affiliates pumping their products, one guy requesting a refund thru the Warrior Forum for another old product, and another guy claiming his affiliate business changed once he followed these guys.
One place says at least one of them was a FB intern...I don't know. I want more info before I plunk down 47 bucks, even if I can expense it.
I don't like the way their fricking video goes on and on about the "just four clicks" you can put in and exploit Facebook. Sounds like affiliate links being loaded into FB ads -- so what's new with that?
Don't spend nearly 22 freaking minutes telling me about all the cars you can buy or all the money you made or what would you do...blah, blah, blah. I've seen that trick before.
The windows you can't hardly close out and the expiring clock on the download link are old scammers tricks, and I don't like them.
Maybe I'll look at this differently in the morning. We'll see.
In the meantime, I'm sticking to promoting stuff I actually use and like, like my Not Your Daughter's Jeans that I just happen to have on right now -- so comfortable you can nearly sleep in them -- and shapewear swimsuits like Miraclesuit.
Bump the dumb.
