Bushite Coup WH 7 will destroy hero Deputy Hernandez Mon 3-19-2007. Help your Brother Officer.
Supreme Court Justice William O. Douglas “As nightfall does not come at once, neither does oppression. In both instances, there's a twilight where everything remains seemingly unchanged, and it is in such twilight that we must be aware of change in the air, however slight, lest we become unwitting victims of the darkness.”
State and national police officers associations can not stand silent in the face of this clear and present danger to all members of the profession. National Associations of Chiefs of Police, Sheriffs, Deputies, Fraternal Orders of Police and all other agencies must join hands and stand up for Deputy Hernandez their brother officer before it is too late. Any one of you could be next in line for the White House 7 to crucify as a favor to the Mexican Consulate and Mexican drug and human trafficking cartels. Thomas Jefferson "Law is often the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the right of an individual." to I. Tiffany, 1819
We are begging people of conscience, Judicial Watch, ACLU and any other organizations who report to be proponents of justice, and supporters of civil rights of American citizens regardless of their national heritage race or other definition in society to intervene in this gross miscarriage of justice and help free this man and the rest of the Texas 5 from directed evil obstruction of justice by the Bushite Coup. Dwight D. Eisenhower- “History does not long entrust the care of freedom to the weak or the timid.”
There is no greater force for evil than lying greedy sadistic stupid unprincipled cowards lacking character, with power to deceive and rule over others. We must carefully watch what our corrupt leaders do, not what they say. It is their actions not their professed beliefs that define their true nature. Henry Kissinger- “The illegal we do immediately. The unconstitutional takes a bit longer.”
All Americans must standby this innocent man and insist Deputy Hernandez be set free from persecution of the White House 7 along with the other Texas five. Those who are free should be paid back pay and damages for all the emotional and physical hell the White House 7 have put them through. Do not sit and let another good honest brave American hero be destroyed.
Call your elected officials and demand they intervene. Email or call Judge Robert T Dawson and ask him to treat the Deputy with the judicial fairness due him. Thomas Jefferson (1743-1826), "No man has a natural right to commit aggression on the equal rights of another, and this is all from which the laws ought to restrain him." -- US Founding Father, drafted the Declaration of Independence, 3rd US President
American law enforcement officers are drawn from ranks of the boy scouts, Future Farmers of America, rural churches and towns all across this great land. Many have defined goals in life as young children that they want to serve their country and protect their communities and friends from crime. Most are strong believers in family, God and Country, with strong loyalties to the inseparable combination of all three.
They epitomize everything we associate with selfless sacrifice, service, courage, integrity and duty. By every definition they are America’s home heroes, we all teach our children to go to for protection in any time of trouble; when we are lost, scared, or attacked. They are our protectors in every sense of the word.
Law officers never get credit or praise they so rightfully deserve but they always get our respect. They are the first we call when it is too dangerous for us to handle what ever criminal problem we face.
There are only 600,000 state and local law enforcement officers frequently called the thin blue line between society, civilization and anarchy and chaos. In addition to the normal criminal element that may number in the millions they must now face organized Mexican drug and human trafficking cartels and gangs that have over 700,000 violent members. The cartels are better armed and better protected by the Bushite Coup than law enforcement officers.
Bushite Coup, and the White House 7: Bush, Cheney, Gonzales, Chertoff, Sutton, Perry, and Rove, have worked diligently to destroy that fine organization of American law enforcement officers by working closely with the Mexican Consulate and criminals apprehended by law enforcement officers to bring malicious false charges against officers who enforce the law. Dwight D. Eisenhower in 1950’s: "The rise in illegal border-crossing by Mexican 'wetbacks' to a current rate of more than 1,000,000 cases a year has been accompanied by a curious relaxation in ethical standards extending all the way from the farmer-exploiters of this contraband labor to the highest levels of the Federal Government."
Deputy Gilmer Hernandez of rural Edwards County in western Texas is the latest victim in the Texas 5 of Ramos, Compean, Sipe and Brugman. They are all subjected to this cruel and vicious criminal conspiracy to destroy the last hope America has to defend its citizens from illegal alien invasion that brings with it drug wars and criminal activity of all kinds.
This fine American officer, Deputy Hernandez is the purest example of excellence in law enforcement. He is a man that any parent would be proud to call their son, raised in small town America like millions of us. The poor son of hard working parents, he was forced to work three jobs to finance school after his father died. He took care of his mother and paid the bills as he worked his way through Junior college to realize his childhood dream of becoming a law enforcement officer. Judge Earl Johnson Jr “Poor people have access to the courts in the same sense that Christians had access to the lions.”
Deputy Hernandez realized his American dream in 2004 when Edwards County Texas Sheriff Letsinger hired him to join the small force of five deputies. That American dream for one dedicated to sacrifice and service has turned into an American nightmare for Deputy Hernandez, his young wife, 7 month old daughter, brother law enforcement officers, citizens and people of faith who know and love him in a 7 county radius as well as members of law enforcement across America. Many other American citizens have joined the battle to free Deputy Hernandez upon realizing his victimization by the Mexican Consulate, Mexican drug and human trafficking cartels and White House 7 members of the Bushite Coup.
Deputy Hernandez like other Texas 5 officers has been targeted by the Bushite Coup to be jailed as another example of what will happen to law enforcement officers who enforce rule of law, the constitution and follow the oath of office they take as sworn officers. Voltaire - "It is dangerous to be right when the government is wrong."- [François Marie Arouet] (1694-1778)
He is being persecuted for false charges of criminal civil rights violations after a Mexican Coyote, tried to run him down when he stopped them for running a stop sign and trying to elude apprehension. He fired his weapon at the vehicle as it sped past him attempting to hit the rear tire. A fragment of the bullet allegedly grazed an illegal alien invader who was covered under a blanket in the rear of the van. The Mexican Consulate insisted the Bushite Coup prosecute Deputy Hernandez for the apparent crime of attempting to enforce the law under the bogus charge of violation of the illegal alien invader’s civil rights.
Deputy Hernandez did like all good officers, what he was trained to do and what he thought was necessary to protect himself and others who may have been killed by the Coyote. The killer Coyote has no fear of law enforcement and has no compassion for lives of others he may kill in the human trafficking of illegal alien invaders. There was no criminal intent and the effort to stop the vehicle was a reasonable act for an officer who made a decision the same as those made by many officers in a in a split second. Deputy Hernandez made a decision with his official discretionary police authority to do what he thought was best for the safety of the citizens he is by oath bound by duty to serve.
The Bushite Coup and powerful coalition of the White House 7 funded by millions of taxpayer dollars directed the might of the United States Justice Department against this small town hero. They are willing to spend millions to put Deputy Hernandez behind bars for 10 years where criminals from the drug and human trafficking cartels reside along with other murderers, rapists and criminals of all kinds. That is a death sentence for this young officer.
The Bushite Coup and White House 7 are intent on seeing this mockery of justice proceed while giving the criminal illegal alien invader and criminal trafficker who tried to kill Deputy Hernandez opportunity to recover financial damages in the millions from our taxes. The Bushite Coup intervened in this action even though the State of Texas has not yet completed its investigation of the incident.
The American law enforcement community must recognize this story can have their name on it at anytime they are unfortunate enough to be found in the sights of the Bushite Coup, Mexican Consulate offices and Mexican Drug and Human Trafficking Cartels. We must all standup against this attack on American liberty and justice. We must be as brave as Deputy Hernandez who puts his faith in God for his deliverance. “Jesus Christ is my Lord and savior,” Hernandez said. And he is placing whatever outcome of this ordeal in the Lord’s hands. http://www.swtexaslive.com/node/3546
Rocksprings, Edwards County Texas Sheriff “Letsinger has noted five highly publicized cases brought by the United States Attorney’s Office, Western District of Texas. That “someone” that may be killed is not likely to be a civilian, according to Letsinger. “The checklist is getting too long before you [as a law enforcement officer] decide ‘is it going to be me or you?’” he said. (Read the Sheriff’s Letter to Judge Robert T Dawson pleading for Deputy Hernandez’s release: http://www.swtexaslive.com/node/3525 )
Prosecutor Johnny Sutton has apparently used the same obstruction of justice malicious tactics in this trial as those used in the other Texas 5 trials. One of those, the David Sipe prosecution resulted in a reversal of his conviction and a new trial on grounds of prosecutorial misconduct, including the charge the White House 7 withheld exonerating evidence. David Sipe was acquitted after less than an hour of jury deliberations in the new trial.
"When the President starts lying he begins to need evidence to back up his lies because in this democracy he is questioned on his statements. It then percolates down through the bureaucracy that you are helping the Boss if you come up with evidence that is supportive of our public position and you are distinctly unhelpful if you commit to paper statements that might leak to the wrong people. The effect of that is to poison the flow of information to the President himself and to create a situation where a President can be almost, to use a metaphor, psychotically divorced from the realities in which he is acting...." Daniel Ellsburg to the US Senate on Foreign Relations, May 13, 1970
Sutton and the White House-7 has similarly attacked Deputy Hernandez by preventing a full state investigation from being completed, permitting known lies to be entered into the court record, and failing to provide factual information that would exonerate Deputy Hernandez.
It is time for American law enforcement agencies from all levels to come to the aid of a brother officer. Deputy Hernandez can not be left alone to suffer consequences of this witch hunt designed to destroy moral and effectiveness of American law enforcement every where. Deputy Hernandez’s fight is every American’s fight. Martin Luther King, Jr. "A time comes when silence is betrayal."
We all know it is an enforcement officer’s worst nightmare to be imprisoned with the general population of criminals they helped incarcerate. Such imprisonment by every moral and legal standard constitutes cruel and unusual punishment just as does solitary confinement of the officers to avoid prison beatings and murder.
There is no just way to end this ordeal other than to exonerate Deputy Hernandez of all charges, reinstate him in his job with full service benefits, and pay Deputy Hernandez back pay and an appropriate amount to help compensate him and his family for the ordeal they have been put through. No amount of money will be enough but the gesture must be made. A fair amount may be $1 million.
Get on the phones now. Send this article out to all your police departments and all your contacts. Deputy Hernandez will be sentenced Monday, March 19, 2007. Time is short to save his life.
NO amnesty for those who would destroy the lives of innocent law enforcement officers.
