Nepali People Express Vote Of No Confidence In The Maoists

We the members of the Nepali American community, The Sanatan Dharma, Sanskrit and Nepali Center, Inc, New York, and The Coalition for National Unity and Reconciliation in Nepal fore-warns the Seven Party Alliance and its leader Shri Girija Prasad Koirala not to include the Maoists into the interim government. The Maoists have demonstrated their true character as a violent organization, with no remorse and no sense of wrong doing for their ongoing activities and their violent past. The Maoists have violated the so called ceasefire many a times, and continue to flaunt their arms in front of the Nepali people. In a democracy political parties or leaders cannot carry or posses any arms in private or in public. This alone disqualifies them from being identified as a political party. They have a long way to go, before the Nepali people can accept them as a political party.
The SPA government and its partner the Maoists have now emerged as a new dictatorship, wearing the mask of democracy and repeating the mantra of peace. democracy, human rights, peace, loktantra, ganatantra, all are now merely slogans to grab political power. The Nepali people have been left out in the cold, in all the political maneuvering, understandings and political scams acted out by the leaders, political parties, civic societies, international non governmental bodies and foreign religious institutions.
The SPAM government needs to be upfront with the Nepali people as regards its hurried middle of the night decision to declare Nepal a secular nation, and overnight erase the Hindu Rashtra identity of Nepal. This is a crime "Maha Paap" committed against the people of Nepal for which the Nepali people shall never forgive the SPAM leaders and parties. There was a total silence of conspiracy, without any discussions and seeking the mandate from the people, the SPAM leaders rushed to please their foreign masters. The Sanatan Dharma, Sanskrit and Nepali Center, Inc along with the Coalition for Unity and National Reconciliation in Nepal, demands that Nepal be restored as a Hindu Rashtra without any delay. Let the people of Nepal decide about their dharma, and not an imposed foreign system.
The Nepali people refuse to be terrorized and violated. Peace cannot be the price for democracy. What kind of peace is this, when the Maoists hide all their arms, the Nepali army is sent back to the barracks and the Nepali Police is made to look like spectators with the collapse of law and order. The United Nations and our international friends and donor nations are clueless in understanding the Nepali people's sentiments, hopes and dreams. The Maoist leader spreading the white lie of the decade, with a guilty face says that "the arms were washed away by the river, this is the most hilarious joke in Nepal today." Like the "jogi ko kumandolo, khola ley bagayo, like khoi gai ?, khola ley bagayo, now we have khoi hatiyaar ?, khola ley bagayo".
In no other nation, a national army with a more than three century history is now being diminished and marginalized to be equated with a rebel force having committed large scare mayhem, violence, killings and destructions. Where is the rationale, the logic in comparing a dedicated soldier who has taken an oath to serve the nation and the people with that of a violent militant brainwashed with political doctrine, full of hatred and vengeance. The seeds of hatred, revenge, division and blatant criminality planted by the Maoists is now coming back to haunt them. No amount of holy water or milk can wash away the bloodied hands of the Maoists. Only the Nepali people will decide what should be their fate.
The SPAM government has failed miserably to provide security, maintain law and order and monitor peace in the nation. With warlords on the rise in every corner of Nepal, is the nation going the way of another Afghanistan, Somalia or Kampuchea. The celebrated Nepali Army has been forced to remain a silent witness to the whirlwind of anarchy, the rising wave of lawlessness, the breakup of the social fabric that held the unity, harmony and national pride of the Nepali people. The vortex of impunity, corruption, lack of accountability, has weakened the Nepali nation.
The Maoists are guilty for spreading their hateful philosophy of division, ethnic identity and class society. To divide and rule is a classic textbook example of colonialists, and communists that they want to impose in Nepal. Divisions between Pahadi and Madhesi is highlighted, ethnicity of Newars, Sherpas, Tharus, Rais, Gurungs, Tamangs and so on are encouraged. The brahmins and chettris are made to look as villains. Add on to this witches claudron of dalits, women's rights, rights of other minorities. Now the muslims and newly converted Christians (some of them Maoists) want their voice heard and representation. The whole conspiracy is beginning to unravel itself.
If this division continues it will not only destroy our identity as a nation and Nepali pan, our Hindu Dharma, it will be the beginning of a nightmare for most Nepalis for which the future generation will blame for having failed them. A beautiful, tranquil, peaceful nation, built on the moral values of dharma and fairness, of trust and honesty handed down to us by our fore fathers, rishis, munis, gods and goddesses is now being destroyed to create a new one on the ashes of the old. Burning and destroying a temple with its gods and goddesses, as it is too old and claiming to build a new one without any god or deity is the biggest fraud being committed against the Nepali people.
This is the time for all Nepalis to be vigilant, strong and brave. We will not be bullied, threatened and reject any system or fraud being imposed upon us violently. This is not the Nepali way, not the way of the Dharma. Satya Mayaba Jayatey !! Jai Nepal !!
