Libby Guilty, Cheney with Blood Clots, and Ann Coulter "Faggot" Remark

Overall this is not a good week for Repubicans. Ann Coulter started it off with an idiot remark regarding John Edwards and how SHE thinks he is a "faggot." Well, how would she know? Did she try to sleep with him? I think he has more class and taste. Known for her far out comments, this one finally seems to have hit even the Republicans in the nerves. Usually she pulls stupid remarks when she is promoting some new book. Which leads me to ask. Who the HELL is she? Why do people listen to her? She spews nothing but hate, and then climbs in bed with the religious. I beg to differ. True believers are not hateful and intolerant. They may disagree with someone, but it does not lead to harm. She is harmful to humanity.

Cheney spent too many hours travelling around the world, so much so that he was found to have a blood clot in his leg. Thankfully they caught it and are treating it with a couple of months of blood thinners.

Libby was found guilty on 4 of 5 charges, which will mean prison unless it is overturned. The thing is that I think he is the scapegoat. Did they prove that Valerie Plame was in fact a secret agent? Will that be the thing that ultimately sets him free. If she was not then no harm, but if she was, than I hope she enjoys her new career on the speaking circut for ridiculous fees. The thing is that Libby was found guilty, but I think others got away with it.

Overall, not a good week for Republicans, but I am feeling fine.
