Now, Managing space on my computer´s hard disk is easy with Windows 7 CHKDSK

Hi, I´m Tom. I work as an office assistant with a private sector company in Denver, Colorado. I have to do a lot of work in my office and store it on my computer´s hard disk. Last week, I realized that my office computer is showing non availability of sufficient space in C: drive. I decided to use Windows 7 CHKDSK command in the start up so that any issue related to bad sectors or any other problem can be fixed, but it didn´t worked. When I started my computer, the computer started hanging right before or at the beginning of the CHKDSK and a reboot was required every time.

I was unable to do any work on my computer. I was feeling helpless and thinking for a possible solution. One of my colleagues suggested me to take online assistance from a tech support firm to fix the issue. He was already taking services of that tech support firm. I thought for a while and called up that tech support firm for an online assistance to fix the problem.

Mark, on the other side helped me to set-up and configure the right settings for CHKDSK to make it work. He asked me about the operating system on which I was running my computers. When I answered Windows 7, he asked me for permission to remotely access my computer. After getting remote access to my computer through Internet, he guided me in 5-6 steps to change the required settings to ensure CHKDSK command run on it. Although, I know something about the settings, but getting some verbal instructions worked just like wonder. You may call it unbelievable but it´s true. Now, I am able to use the full space of my computer and fix any problem as and when required through Windows 7 CHKDSK command. I thank to Mark for providing me all the help needed, making it possible for me to use the computer according to my needs.
