Tonic fruit cocktail:

Ingredients: a tangerine, an orange, a red grapefruit.

Preparation method: use the fruit-squeezer.

The energy dose includes: vitamin A, B1, C, magnesium, potassium, calcium, zinc, and copper.

Healthy carrot cocktail:

Ingredients: four carrots, some lemon, and a few leaves of mint.
