Although most of us are using this technology by which we can make international calls, very few of us are aware of the details of this technology. Honestly, how many of us know what is VoIP and SIP? The people with It background may say yes but I am here talking about the lay man. The ordinary person needs to Google it the very moment he sees or hears this world.
Through this article, I will try to make these terms clear in ones´ dictionary. The extra ordinary story behind these ordinary operations needs to be revealed. On the top of that, it needs to be revealed to the lay man who is too busy to give some attention to these words. Let get into the details of technical world and improve our vocabulary.
SIP is Session Initiation Protocol. This definition is equally confusing, therefore let us define it as a platform which uses internet to make any calls. Telephones are replaced with the internet connections. The best part lies in the fact that this is just one of the uses you are making of your internet connection there are hundred other uses as well.
