Produced by Los Angeles and London based film producer Rebecca Wang, Passion Play is an intoxicating romance that will remind you of the beautiful fairy tales you were told as a child. The story is about the life of a beautiful angel (Megan Fox) under the thumb of a merciless gangster (Bill Murray), and how she is saved by a down and out trumpet player (Mickey Rourke). It is a narration of a tale of a beautiful woman with wings who is objectified by people who pay to gaze at her beauty in a glass box.


This enchanting tale of dreams and romance starts when a jazz trumpeter is taken to a desert with a gun is held to his head. He comes across a woman that works as the bird woman in a circus and he falls madly in love with her and tries to persuade her to run away with him only to find that life is a little more complicated than simply living one´s dreams and fantasies.
