"We cannot defend freedom abroad by deserting it at home" - Thomas Jefferson
Elected officials are ignoring obligatory responsibility to comply with the constitution until it is changed by the people; not the president, attorney general, or any other individual. Only the people can change it.
All sworn officials regardless of office must complete an oath of office that requires faithful performance of public servant duties and serve interests of American citizens. They are responsible for protecting citizens and the country. Article IV section 4 states “The United States shall guarantee to every state in this Union a Republican form of Government and shall protect them against invasion and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence.” "We cannot defend freedom abroad by deserting it at home."~ Thomas Jefferson
Hezbollah terrorists are known to have crossed America’s unprotected porous borders. Mexican drug cartels and gangs of every kind have crossed the open borders and infiltrated every state of this union, causing catastrophic damage to the citizenry and public welfare. It is estimated 40,000 Americans have died at the hands of these merciless Savages, whose known Rule of Warfare, is an undistinguished Destruction of all Ages, Sexes and conditions. Our government has aided and abetted these savages with our treasury, homes and places of work. Elected officials have obstructed Administration of Justice, by refusing Assent to immigration and trade laws...
Constitution of the United States provides in amendment 10 “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.” We the people have the power, not elected officials we hire.
The Constitution of the United States provides in Amendment 14 section 3: “No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress or elector of President of Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.”
The law provides clear responsibility for public servants to comply with the law and those who don’t and have …“given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof” are ineligible to hold any public office.
We are at war against international terrorists. Border patrols and U.S. police officials report Mexican army personnel are making frequent incursions across our southern borders delivering drugs. They invaded over 200 times in the last 10 years. Many Mexican radicals work seditiously to undermine American democracy and take over a major part of southwestern U.S.; terrorists of all nations are by political design of elected officials free to enter our country over both southern and northern borders; terrorists are given aid and comfort by elected officials and citizens of the U.S. under guise of helping “illegal immigrants.” Ease of entry into the U.S. obviously aids and abets our terrorist enemy as much as financial support, food and housing provided by our government.
It is time to recognize those who aid and abet terrorist invaders to freely and uninterrupted cross our borders are ineligible to hold office. The equal branch of government, the legislative branch must demand removal from office if investigations determine any sworn officials up to and including the president are aiding and abetting wartime enemies of these United States by failing to enforce federal immigration laws or provide security necessary to citizens of the United States.
In reference to King George: “He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary of the public Good.” “He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavored to bring on the Inhabitants of our Frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known Rule of Warfare, is an undistinguished Destruction of all Ages, Sexes and conditions.” “In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble Terms: our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated Injury. A Prince, whose Character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the Ruler of a free People.”
Where do the American People go now for justice? Congress, will you act to end this merciless onslaught on our homes and very beings? We beseech your peaceful intervention.
