France: Terror, strikes, psychic spy warnings

(STARpod.org) -- A 2009 STARstream Research experiment Spacetime Threat Assessment Report (STAReport) nicknamed OCTOBER RED, warned of an October spike in terror threats associated with disruptive strikes, similar to current events taking place in France.

Today, AP reported, "After months of largely peaceful disruptions, some protests erupted into scattered violence this week over the government's push to raise the retirement age from 60 to 62....Workers opposed to a higher retirement age blocked roads to airports around France on Wednesday, leaving passengers in Paris dragging suitcases on foot along an emergency breakdown lane."

Reuters reported, "A French strike against pension reforms is blocking 10 oil tankers from unloading at France's second largest oil port."

All of this followed warnings of "real, credible" terror threats against French, German, English, and potentially American targets, by al Qaida related terrorist groups.

A review of OCTOBER RED project data predicted that a "German threat," related to the American New York City subway bombing plot of September 2009, would lead to new plots involving a "multiple strategy" to inflict massive casualties. According to the report's data, sourced from Unconventional Sources and Methods using Anomalous Mental Phenomena (USM/AMP, the registration of future potential events in the human mind), terror groups were seeking to build an international order to organize their future attack strategies.

The report indicated "workers on strike" would lead to a "major disruption" during a critical terror threat, as currently exists in France. The report also mentions a post-election transition, possibly followed by a series of "Lightning Strike" threats to targets, identified as "well dressed men in suits, business leaders, enterprise, wealth, [and] the economy."

The information was collected following the posting in September, 2009, of a German terror threat video by Bekkay Harrach. In the video, Harrach is wearing a suit against a red background, with a blue tie and white shirt. According to the data stream from October 27 of 2009, nearly one year ago, the "final countdown [to new terror events would begin in] "Sept. and Oct. 2010"

It now appears the prediction of renewed terror threats and multinational alerts was correct. According to the 2009 data, a "window of opportunity" remained to prevent a major event, if action was taken in time. Mainstream media sources have speculated that the recent heavy increase in drone attacks by the United States may have postponed a major terror event.

According to the report, a multi-level strategy had been created by terrorist organizations to "distract American authorities" from primary target sites, presumably by focusing law enforcement attention on second-tier targets. A December 26, 2009 note added, "letters exchanged to al Qaida leadership, signed, with [final] approval pending launch [to be authorized by] al Qaida #2."

The December, 2009, note added, "Vehicles, explosives, pouch [are on the] table; all methods opened ended [for a future] attack plan."

The report also warned of a strategy involving "complex mixtures for explosive detonation made from simple components that may be passed through security" and "weaponized hand-held materials."

Finally, the report warned of computer simulations to determine the "melting point" "burn through" for "structural disintegration" to create a fuel spray and air explosive mixture, to "release explosive impact."

The use of so-called psychic data for threat scenario predictions is related to other efforts to consult with authors of fiction conducted by the government. During America's now acknowledged psychic-spy era of the 1970s, 1980s, and early 1990s, numerous US government agencies and military services experimented with and even tasked psychics against targets, including kidnapped US persons and Soviet military installations.

According to the declassified files of the 1980s SECRET Defense Intelligence Agency psychic spy program known as SUN STREAK, an effort to predict future events called PROJECT P, failed to provide useful information about forthcoming headline stories in the Washington Post and the New York Times. Curiously, one of the SUN STREAK papers references a prediction of a simultaneous air attack against New York City and Washington, D.C., involving the crash through of an air vehicle resulting in the collapse of buildings. One of the psychic spies was married to a person working at the Pentagon, and was emotionally affected by the terror threat tasking that suggested the Pentagon would be hit during the Washington attack.

The OCTOBER RED STAReport was based upon an informal experiment to duplicate PROJECT P, following indications in August, 2009, of a new terror plot underway against New York City. It is currently assumed that the plot in question was the Zazi NYC subway bomb plot, which was revealed following the psychic alerts received by STARstream Research.

A similar, non-specific warning of an imminent event was received by STARstream Research twelve hours prior to the Fort Hood terror event. A request by Coast to Coast AM producer Lisa Lyon to discuss the event on nationally syndicated radio, hours after the attack, was declined, due to the sensitivity of sources and methods of the information.

In August of this year, and prior to the official reports of a new series of serious terror threats, 'psychic' sources to STARstream Research warned of a new and imminent terror threat.

On August 26, 2010, STARpod.org, the public website for STARstream Research, and The American Chronicle on-line news service, reported:

Dream detective who warned of 9/11 says serious new attacks are imminent...Chris Robinson, the famous 'dream detective' who allegedly warned of the 9/11 events weeks before the actual events, has issued a new warning. According to Robinson's Twitter posts, and personal email exchanged with this author, Robinson's recent dreams, alleged to include perceptions of events that have not yet taken place, have taken a dark turn. Robinson has posted several messages about his concerns of new 9/11-level attacks: "Multiple terrorist attacks are imminent. These will be multiple locations and in the west. Police are not aware of the cells. 9/11 type dreams. Could be USA or UK. London [a] real possibility."

In an article published on September 6, 2010, by STARpod.org at American Chronicle, it was reported, "Sources using anomalous mental phenomena, the official US government's terminology for psychically collected intelligence, appear to be converging on London and other locations in the United Kingdom as the probable target of a new terror plot."

Terror threats to Paris and London by alleged al Qaida affiliates were reported shortly after the British warning had been issued.

New threats continue to emerge, from various sources.

AFP reported, "Saudi security services warned several days ago about an Al-Qaeda threat to Europe and in particular France, French Interior Minister Brice Hortefeux said Sunday."

Psychic' data similar to the OCTOBER RED from April, 2010, suggested a plot to attack Paris, possibly involving a ferry boat near the Eiffel Tower. The potential plot was informally discussed with a former senior CIA analyst familiar with the use of psychic perceptions in intelligence collection.

Gary S. Bekkum is an independent occasional rogue journalist, author, and researcher of material that blurs the distinction between fiction and reality.

He is the author of several books, including "Spies, Lies and Polygraph Tape," "Knowing the Future: The UFO Spy Games," and "To the Moon and Back, With Love."

In 2004 Bekkum initiated STARstream Research, as an informal survey of exotic physics and consciousness concepts related to the survival or otherwise of the human race, built from an international network of contacts in science and the defense industry. Some of the STARstream Research material is available to the public at STARpod.org.

As a result of his efforts, Bekkum has reported numerous contacts with past and present intelligence officials interested in the application of exotic phenomena, ranging from antigravity to mind-to-mind communication, and predicting future events.
