(STARpod.org) -- STARstream Research has approved the limited release of information on OCTOBER RED, a 'psychic spy' threat scenario with an eerie similarity to recent alleged terror plots.
The release of additional 'psychic intelligence' was approved following mainstream media reports of possible "Mumbai-style" indiscriminant commando raids targeting civilians at soft target locations, popular with tourists.
The US government has a long history of using psychics to collect intelligence against targets when conventional means of gathering intelligence were not available. This has included the use of psychics to locate hostages, and attempts to predict or locate future terror events.
Information collected using the human mind is officially known by the US intelligence community as Anomalous Mental Perception. The Defense Intelligence Agency, under James R. Clapper, the current Director of National Intelligence, ran a psychic spy program in the 1990s, called STAR GATE. The existence of STAR GATE, and the history of more than twenty years of US government psychic research and spying, was revealed by Robert Gates on ABC TV in 1995. Gates is the current Secretary of Defense.
According to intelligence community experts, although psychic intelligence occasionally provides "eight martini results" -- psychic information so accurate that intelligence officials are left stunned by the phenomenon -- psychic intelligence has never been actionable.
Chris Robinson, a British psychic known as the "dream detective," says he attempted to warn the CIA of suicide aircraft destroying tall buildings in New York City, days before the actual attacks of 9/11. Multiple sources have since reported continuing interest in the use of psychics by government officials.
In 2007, STARstream Research privately reported on new psychic intelligence suggesting paramilitary tactics would become the model for future large-scale terrorist activity against western targets.
A message shared with SSR intelligence contacts, dated Saturday, June 2, 2007, 3:24 PM, predicted:
"The next big attack [will intend to] to destroy several planes and involve terrorist paramilitary troops inside the airport buildings. The explosion will take place near the loading areas and take out several planes. Citizen survivors will be running and hiding from gun-wielding troops."
On October 4, 2010, ABC News reported:
"Among the possible targets in the suspected European terror plot are pre-security areas in at least five major European airports, a law enforcement official told ABC News."
The new information released by STARstream Research provides a detailed, first-hand account of the psychic terror event, as it was reported to an expert US government consultant in 2007. According to the source, the psychic event appeared to take place in an airport lobby, facing a large window overlooking aircraft being loaded:
Suddenly there was a huge explosion and the plane blew apart; my first impression is thinking that the plane's fuel tanks blew up, as the wing of the plane flew into the air and crashed into another plane, which then also exploded. Multiple chain explosions followed as sections of building collapsed, with huge flames everywhere, and people running for cover. I recall racing through hallways, in what appeared to be an semi-industrial setting through backrooms. Men storm into the building, paramilitary types wearing masked helmets and in black, and we are hiding from them as they appear to be hunting down civilians. My sense is this is a massive terrorist attack on a scale previously not seen. I recall other explosions and general chaos. The enemy is taking control of the entire facility. Upon awaking this image left enough of an impression that I mentioned it to [redacted], on the chance that something might actually happen.

According to the AP report, the plots would call for "small teams with automatic rifles, grenade launchers and suicide vests to strike simultaneously at several targets in a city and cause as much havoc as possible before they can be killed or captured."
Washington Times reported their counter-intelligence sources included car and truck bombs among the various threats under examination by authorities.
Spectacular headlines included "Britain gripped by Al Qaeda terror plot fear" from the Daily Mail, followed by "The threat of a Mumbai-style machine gun assault is now rated so severe that the U.S. is warning its citizens they could be in danger if they travel to the UK." Daily Mail quoted sources as saying a paramilitary assault would "turn London into a war zone."
The description of the alleged plot methods are chillingly similar to the 2007 psychic data.
The English language version of Der Spiegel reported that German authorities are investigating terror claims by a man from Hamburg who was interrogated by US security forces in Afghanistan. According to Der Spiegel, "German officials are investigating apparent statements ... about attack scenarios for terror strikes in Germany and neighboring countries." According to Der Spiegel, the suspect, -- identified as "S." -- "worked at the Hamburg airport, where he did cleaning work on aircraft."
According to the psychic intelligence, the attack would begin with sudden unexpected destruction of at least two aircraft, followed shortly by automatic gunfire from marauding invaders. The psychic information noted the explosions appeared to come from the stationary aircraft's wings.
According to Fox News sources, targets in Europe include the Eiffel Tower in Paris, and Hotel Adlon near Berlin's Brandenburg Gate in Germany. Other targets are reported to include Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris, Berlin's Central Station and the Alexanderplatz TV tower. Fox also reported that security has been tightened around the British Royal Family.

The best information available suggests the US National Security Agency and the Defense Intelligence Agency have been exploring the use of psychics against targets in Iraq and Iran, since early 2002.

According to declassified DIA records, defense contractor SAIC had prepared a five-year psychic intelligence plan to the year 1999. Included among various tasks identified in the DIA records is locating and recruiting private citizens who exhibit natural psychic talents from anomalous mental perceptions.
The decision to release additional information by SSR was based upon current publicly available reports in the mainstream media.

According to leading quantum information expert Professor David Deutsch, of Oxford, a real time machine capable of receiving information from the future, would not connect to the future of our world, but to an alternative universe. In this model, if one accepted the human mind as a kind of time machine, one would always expect any mentally received information from the future would come from an alternative universe. By analogy, ideally one would use the information from an alternative universe where undesired events have taken place, to change current events and alter the future outcome.
The Russian physicist Michael Mensky has independently proposed a similar concept in a series of papers published on line, based upon an "extended" version of many worlds theory. Mensky previously collaborated with Russian physicist Igor Novikov, an expert on the physics of time machines.
