Fixing "...pst can not be accessed – 0x80040116" error in Microsoft Outlook

4.Click and Open the new .pst file
5.In the Inbox Repair Tool box, click Start
6.After the scanning, click Repair to reapir the errors
7.After the completion of process, re-start the computer
8.Open the repaired file in Outlook 2000
