Does Nancy Pelosi Have A Secret Agenda, President Pelosi
Nancy as speaker of the house will be in the third strongest position in the government. It isn’t inconceivable Nancy Pelosi could very easley muddy the waters for Hillary’s run for the Democratic presidential nomination in 2008 in order for her to run in 2012. Six years as a cooperative effective majority leader would give her status over Hillary as the nominee in 2012.
Nancy Pelosi’s been cast in a position not of her making but rather of her good fortune of becoming the most powerful woman in America. This is an opportunity Nancy Pelosi isn’t likely to waste on partisan bickering Nancy Pelosi knows speaker can be her stepping stone to the presidency. The last president to be elected from congress was John F. Kennedy he was elected because of his charisma and a public relations campaign second to none. Nancy has the capabilities and the financial backing to mount and sustain an equally attractive campaign through to 2012 should she have greater ambitions.
As speaker of the house Nancy Pelosi will be able to do what Denny Hastert couldn’t do, take charge and lead the house. Leading congress is akin to herding cats, difficult but not impossible. If anyone can intimidate a cat it would be Nancy Pelosi.
Nancy Pelosi’s ambition of becoming the first women president may be America’s salvation from Democrats total destruction of the Reagan / Bush accomplishments. For those who can recall it was Clinton following Newt Gingrich’s Contract with America that made his administration look so good this is a lesson Nancy Pelosi isn’t about to forget or overlook.
Nancy Pelosi is a pit_bull in a Little Bug Eyed Chihuahua’s Fur Coat, what you see isn’t what you’ll get. She’s smart, devious and very cunning. Nancy knows better than anyone in congress how to play the game. Nancy Pelosi has consistently earned 80 % approval from the voters in her San Francisco district. This simply proves how liberal she is, when she’s elected speaker of the house those numbers could well reverse them selves to 20 % approval and 80 % disapproval unless she agrees to repeal the constitution and execute George Bush.
Liberals, Progressives as they prefer to be referred to these days have a problem accepting democracy. We see it in our elected leaders but even more reprehensible in our educational system. Scarcely a day goes by we don’t hear of an institutions of higher learning that doesn’t reject one of the principals this nation was funded on.
Nancy Pelosi knows she can’t win the heats and minds of America continuing to be one of the most Liberal members of congress let alone fulfilling her ambitions for becoming president in 20012. It will take at least six years for Nancy Pelosi to reinvent herself. She can’t make a single leap from ultra liberal to centrist the gap is too wide she’ll need to build a bridge to the future and that takes time.
As an infant Nancy Pelosi was diapered in DNC tablecloths, she comes from the Old Maryland D’Alessandro political dynasty. She and her husband Paul Pelosi have amassed a 25 million dollar plus fortune, some of it from the sweat of illegal immigrants who worked in their Rutherford Vineyards in the Northern California wine country.
It would appear Democrats are dividing into three groups preparing for the 2008 national elections the Clinton’estas, the Congressionsl’estas and the Nothing’estas, the latter being the insugnifigent members of the party. Had Republicans retained the senate and the house Hillary’s nomination would have been far more secure than it is today. Nancy Pelosi being elevated to such a high position in Congress will surely take some if not most of the wind out of Hillary’s sails. It’s a given Nancy Pelosi will become the Media darling for the foreseeable future.
If Hillary Clinton gets the 2008 Democratic nomination for President she’s going to have to fight for it. My guess is she won’t even try considering what she faces. I don’t have a clue if my scenario has any validity, I do know it’s as plausible as any I’ve heard on the pundit shows in the past week.
