Prophecy, 2012 the Time of the Night

Centuries ago the Mayan culture was the zenith of power at the time when the Spanish came to the area. It was somewhere in the end of their cultural reign, however, that what happened affected many today. According to experts who study the Mayan culture, the date December 21, 2012 is a date that was chiseled into the Mayan calendar.

From this, among other things, experts who watch events unfold in the future believe the date of 2012 is one which is important. This date is synonymous with the end of time, earth upheaval, and mans end of rule. The date also is one of three future dates set by Nostradamus in his quatrains. Add to this other seers, diviners, and native prophets who see tremendous trouble during these times. One telepathic channeler who at the Rock Creek Research & Development Laboratories and L/L Research found that an end is seen occurring in the winter solstice of the year 2012.

Now I do not follow seers, diviners, channelers, or related prophets. I do know that man seeks knowledge beyond his sphere of ability. With that knowledge, he can better prepare himself for what comes, or so he thinks. The problem today as I speak with many who do not necessarily understand biblical prophecy or are ‘truly born again’, is they want to have a definite date, timetable, or something to see. This is because they want to be prepared. You can’t blame them for this. In my book, D-Day for America (www.ddayforamerica.com), I related the coming time upon America when this nation will fail and falter. In essence, life in America as we know it will cease to exist. The book helps you to understand what we face and how to get through it. What I did not put in it are the many visions and dreams I have had since childhood on this matter. I did this because I wanted it to be based in scripture and not my personal experiences of visions or dreams.

Scripture though warns those who are seeking knowledge from sources outside of the Lord of Hosts. When trouble comes, God pulls down a dark veil which prevents those who see into the physic realm from really knowing what is going to happen. Micah chapter three and verse six says:

Micah 3:6 Therefore night shall be unto you, that ye shall not have a vision; and it shall be dark unto you, that ye shall not divine; and the sun shall go down over the prophets, and the day shall be dark over them.

7 Then shall the seers be ashamed, and the diviners confounded: yea, they shall all cover their lips; for there is no answer of God.

Micah is warning people that during Gods prophetic time schedule, of fulfillment, that there shall be “night” to you. This means no visions for the dreamer, visionary, seer, diviner or prophet. The events will unfold and they will not be able to see nor predict what is coming. Now they may fake it, but they will not know or see as they did before. This is the time of the ‘night’. Jeremiah also warns and speaks of this. The prophets and diviners, many of whom were well known in the temple and among the people spoke of visions and dreams. They prophesied to the people. The problem is, what they prophesied was of their own imaginations. Jeremiah said “your dreams which ye cause to be dreamed”, further stating that these prophets had “prophesied falsely unto you in my name”. The context of this says:

Jeremiah 29:8 ¶For thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Let not your prophets and your diviners, that be in the midst of you, deceive you, neither hearken to your dreams which ye cause to be dreamed.

9 For they prophesy falsely unto you in my name: I have not sent them, saith the LORD.

As we all look and speak of what is coming, we must be warned. God is in charge. He controls all visions, dreams, and information. He allows both the good and the deceitful. The year 2012 is a good example. The Mayans did not, nor did Nostradamus see beyond 2012 with any clarity as to what is going to happen. The other alternative is maybe the Mayan who was chiseling out the calendar actually died before finishing the rest of the date in 2012 and what was going to happen.

There is no doubt that the earth, the nation we call America will be here in some form after 2012. As a watchman, I warn of what is happening and tell people to prepare to meet their God. I do not set dates. I warn. I watch out over the landscape of prophetic scripture and the place we call earth. In doing this, I then relate what I have seen, according to Isaiah 21:6 which says in part “let the watchman declare what he sees”.

Many times in relaying this information, people have been turned off by what I tell them. Most of the time those I tell are Christians, who living in their Americanized gospel, simply do not believe what is coming. They live in a created fantasy world where Christian persecution is always in another nation. This is a world where they can love the world, enjoy its pleasures, and live without any tribulation. It is a world where they live as they want and God forgives them. It is a world when things go really bad; God takes them away in a hurry so they don’t get hurt. They live in a world where bloodshed from wars are always on another continent, while unreservedly trusting their own government at all times. Their world does not allow for many things that are currently going on in other nations where Christians are persecuted. Nations like China, North Korea, India, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, and others all bring trouble to those who really profess Jesus Christ as Lord. The simple fact is American Christians are not ready for what is really coming. It is really coming and Christians today are overfed with a sloppy American gospel of pabulum. The church is anemic, sick, and worldly. But the Lord is changing all that.
