Abyssinia (Fake Ethiopia): HRW Report, Forthcoming Electoral Fraud, and Oppressed Nations´ Future
(http://www.americanchronicle.com/articles/view/148340), "Instead of Electoral Fraud, Abyssinia (Fake Ethiopia) Needs to Be Broken to Pieces, like Yugoslavia" (http://www.americanchronicle.com/articles/view/148343), "Stop Hitler´s Elections in Africa! Abyssinia (Fake Ethiopia) is a Shame for the Entire Mankind" (http://www.americanchronicle.com/articles/view/148406), and "HRW Report Reconfirms Anticipations of Vast Electoral Fraud in Abyssinia (Fake Ethiopia)" (http://www.americanchronicle.com/articles/view/148412), I republished a devastating HRW Report on the forthcoming electoral fraud of Abyssinia (Fake Ethiopia).
In the present article, I will examine the HRW Report´s oversights.
HRW Report – Grave Oversights
The HRW Report presents indeed a situation that is accurate as description but incomplete as conception and historical reality. As a matter of fact, the Report is gravely inconsistent in its section "Background". In that part, the HRW Report summarizes the Political History of the colonial state of Abyssinia (fallaciously and criminally re-baptized Ethiopia) since the fall of the third world communist regime that has been customarily called Derg. This covers a period of ca. 20 years, at the end of which the forthcoming electoral fraud supposedly completes the image of the world´s worst tyranny ever.
1. Proper Historical Background Missing
This is truly too little, to weak, and too minimal as description; in addition, it is greatly misleading. The said period is described accurately indeed, but the country had never been a normally ruled state before 1991. It matters therefore greatly to briefly present what occurred before the collapse of the Derg regime and for the last 150 years; one or two paragraphs would suffice. The forthcoming electoral fraud is not just a "mistake" of the present racist and tyrannical regime; it is one more act of disrespect and hatred directed against the subjugated and ever since terrorized nations that form the outright majority of the inhuman and criminal, colonial state of the Amhara and Tigray Tewahedo (Monophysitic) Abyssinian racists.
Truly speaking, for the uninformed reader in Asia, Europe, America and Oceania, and for the less knowledgeable Africans, who are not fully aware of the monstrous nature and the bestial character of the colonial empire of Abyssinia, it matters greatly to know that the present brutal tyranny has not just emerged recently and out of nothing.
To a certain extent, the HRW Report, by missing the hereby suggested two paragraphs of historical summary (in the very beginning of the Background chapter), takes an odd allure in the eyes of an uniformed reader who would find it strange to understand the extent of the described brutality and terror that do not correspond to the mere needs of just an electoral fraud.
Certainly, allover the world is the same, and an electoral fraud involves in and by itself a certain practice of oppression; but the oppression never needs to reach the extreme and unique level of the practices described within the HRW Report.
One has therefore to conclude that, only to substantiate the description that if offers and the information that it avails, the HRW Report should have included two paragraphs about the colonial expansion of the 19th century microscopic Amhara – Tigray Abyssinian kingdom and the successive subjugation of the Oromos, the Afars, the Agaws, the Sidamas, the Kaffas, the Shekachos, the Kambaatas, the Gedeos, the Hadiyas, the Nuer, the Gumuz, the Bertas, the Anuak, and the Ogadenis.
The text should also have briefly presented the traditional policies of oppression indiscriminately practiced by the Amhara – Tigray Tewahedo (Monophysitic) Abyssinians against all the aforementioned subjugated nations, and against the numerous Amhara – Tigray Muslim minority. The described situation, which heralds a detrimental electoral fraud, is merely a continuation of those customary policies of the insensitive, insensible and cannibalistic Amhara – Tigray Tewahedo (Monophysitic) Abyssinian regime.
This text would then allow the average uniformed reader understand that, following the collapse of the monarchical regime, the third world communist regime (Derg) tried merely to perpetuate the earlier practices under a Marxist – Leninist masquerade.
This text would also allow the otherwise unaware reader automatically realize that, following the collapse of the third world communist regime (Derg), the current pseudo-republican, bogus-federal regime has attempted over the past two decades to effectively perpetuate the said policies of cultural and physical genocide, under an updated masquerade.
This leads to the essence of the problem: the ethnic and religious character of the oppression in Abyssinia.
2. The Ethnic and Religious Nature of the Abyssinian Tyranny Missing
Here we have to do with a serious conceptual oversight; to judge on the basis of the present Report, we realize that the HRW specialists on the Horn of Africa failed to understand that the natural of the problem "Ethiopia" is not political – but ethnic and religious.
The HRW Report presents the current situation in Abyssinia as a general political problem that can be attested everywhere in Abyssinia (falsely, treacherously and criminally renamed as Ethiopia). This is totally wrong.
It would truly be interesting to undertake a comparative research in the pre-electoral period in Makele (the capital of the ruling Tigray tribe) and in Adama (the capital of the province Oromia in which live most – but not all – of the Oromos, the largest subjugated and oppressed nation of the country).
There is, practically speaking, no oppression in Mekele (except for measures taken against the Tigray Muslim minority) whereby the recently undertaken public works bear witness to the ethnic dimension of the robbery perpetrated by the tribal Tewahedo Amhara – Tigray minority that rules the country. In fact, all the wealth of the South is truly stolen by the ruling tribes, and the income due to exportation of commodities belonging to the Oromos and the Southern Nations is spent in public works in the Tigray province. This fact, in and by itself, proves the ethnic – religious dimension of the problem, bearing witness to the urgent need for total dissolution and split of the colonial country according to the Yugoslavian model.
Worse, the confusing character of the HRW Report is due to a certain effort to cover the sole reality, namely that "Ethiopia" cannot exist as a state. Two paragraphs of historical contents added to the chapter Background, and one small chapter on "Comparative Study: Pre-electoral Period in Mekele and Adama" would suffice to make it clear.
By the way, it would be very easy for the HRW specialists to undertake research in Mekele; the idiotic dictators, who rule the immense jail "Ethiopia", would allow for this, imagining that the study would bring forth "positive" results!
While the aforementioned was not undertaken by the HRW specialist, the selection of samples of Amhara disappointment and denunciation of the present situation is totally erroneous. Due to the ethnic-religious character of the oppressive and tyrannical policies implemented throughout the country, most of the Tewahedo (Monophysitic) Amhara Abyssinians are happy with the regime because, under an updated masquerade, it perpetuates the criminal, racist, discriminatory and inhuman deeds of the earlier ethnic / religious-based regimes (either monarchical or third world communist). In fact, the backbone of the racist, totalitarian and barbaric state of Abyssinia (the administration, the armed forces, and the omnipresent Secret Services) remained intact, despite the successive regime changes.
Among the Tewahedo (Monophysitic) Amhara Abyssinians, unhappy are only those who are associated with recently established political parties (Qinijit, Ginbot) whereby associates and followers of the earlier, equally racist, Amhara / Tigray regimes have gathered in an effort to bring back a nauseating survival of those, equally barbaric, monstrous and inhuman, regimes.
The Tewahedo (Monophysitic) Amhara Abyssinian disappointment with the present regime is neither tribal (in striking difference with all the rest, namely the subjugated nations of the colonial state), nor religious (in striking difference with the Amhara and Tigray Muslims), nor political (the aforementioned "political" parties do not evoke different ´ideals´, conservative, liberal, social-democrat, and the like). The real differences are at the level of ruling gang, corruption practices, gangster antagonism and unlawful material benefits, illegal privileges, and lawless power sharing. Unhappiness due to the fact that another gang rules the country, and not your own, is not an element to be taken into account by any Human Rights NGO.
Concluding, I want to underscore that electoral fraud carried out because of political antagonism is very different from electoral fraud perpetrated for the survival of ethnic / religious-based, racist regime known for genocidal practices carried out against 14 different nations subjugated over the span of 160 years.
The otherwise valuable HRW Report should have reflected that difference. In a forthcoming article, I will expand on the existing limitations of all similar publications (by either HRW or other Human Rights or Humanitarian NGOs) and examine the necessary solutions to be taken by the subjugated nations´ leaderships in order to terminate the Amhara – Tigray Shame that has been perpetrated against not only the aforementioned, targeted and subjugated nations, but the Entire Mankind.
Note
Picture: You want elections? We burn your house. This is the "logic" of the criminal, racist regime of the Amhara and Tigray Tewahedo (Monophysitic) Abyssinian gangsters. This is the true reality of Abyssinia´s pre-electoral period that the otherwise informative HRW Report failed to include: burnt houses at Ogaden.
