1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10..Ready or Not, Here comes Health Care Reform, and Yes We Support Obama's Health Care Plan!!
I'm writing to thank you for standing up with folks like me, not the insurance companies, on health reform. Passing reform in the U.S. will be hugely helpful to struggling small businesses and families in districts around the country, and it will send a message around the World that the U.S. has finally matured as a nation.
This may come as a surprise to some of you stubborn politicians in the U.S. Senate who continue to block reform; but the whole World is watching your efforts to stop the "Public Option". Interlinking computers have set up a world wide networking system that allows the voting citizens of your home States to notice your stubborn antics. The results for you personally, will most likely be negative and a loss of votes. Do not expect to return to government after the next election. This applies to both recalcitrant Republicans and Democrats...
I wanted to let you know that voters in one state have pledged 139,877 volunteer hours to fight for members of Congress who fight for reform and the Public Option, and that is just one State of the Union!
For those Senators who are working hard to bring health care reform to the U.S., I want to let you know that the final vote will be very close and that win or lose, millions of voters are standing with you during this crucial time for health reform.

Great news: This weekend's events were a huge success. OFA volunteers all over the country helped tens of thousands of voters in key districts speak out for reform.
Phones have been ringing off the hook in Capitol Hill offices for days, but with everything on the line and so little time left, we have to bring our voice to Congress through every possible channel.
So today, OFA supporters are taking the next step in the Final March for Reform: Writing to Congress. Using our online tool, it just takes a few minutes to write and send your own letter directly to Rep. Brad Ellsworth.
Right now, Congress is under attack from insurance lobbyists who are trying to drown us out, so we've set a goal of 140 letters from Evansville to make sure our message breaks through.

One in every six dollars in the U.S. economy is spent on health care today!
If we do nothing, in 30 years, One out of every Three dollars in our economy will be tied up in the health care system. Skyrocketing health care costs aren't just crippling the U.S. economy -- they're emptying the pocketbooks of American families. If we do not enact health insurance reform, individual and family spending on premiums and out-of-pocket health care costs could increase 79 percent in just 10 years...
Bottom line: the cost of doing nothing is too high. The time is now to reform our broken health care system.
