For facial spa, egg yolk can be used for dry skin while egg white is ideal for those who have oily skin. So in a bowl, beat the egg yolk or white slightly, then put in two tablespoons of honey and mix well. Now add one teaspoon of milk and a teaspoon of vitamin E oil. Mix well. This very easy to make facial spa can now be applied to your face using your fingers in a circular motion. Let the facial to dry completely for about ten to twenty minutes then rinse thoroughly with warm water. Splash your face with cold water to close your pores then pat your skin dry.

For salt scrub, all you have to do is to measure four cups of sea or kosher salt, add two cups of olive, almond or other oil of your preference. Stir to mix well. You can also add a few drops of essential oil to the salt mixture such as peppermint oil which has a rejuvenating effect, or lavender oil if you want to relax yourself. Mix well. Apply the salt scrub to damp skin in a circular motion. Rinse away the salt thoroughly.

You can also make a homemade chocolate milk bath. Just mix two cups of milk with ¼ cup of cocoa powder and two tablespoons of cornstarch, stir well. You can pour half of the mixture into your bathtub as you fill it with warm water. Soak and relax yourself.
